I like the Victoria's Secret shop here, comfy and affordable for the name brand. I remember coming here to the Nike shop to get work shoes years ago too. I've spent many summer days walking around the open air mall. Window shopping, shopping for school, then shopping for work. It's still a pastime with my family.

I often come out with $500+ worth of clothes and only pay $125 for them! Dressing rooms could use cleaning and updating , some of the hooks were missing so it was difficult to hang up my clothes and had to use the door. I will definitely go back again!

No matter which style you are into more you will find it here and at a great price. The selection makes online sale shopping seem like the dumb idea. Service is great too. Prices are still high for the main merch, but if they have things on Clearance, you can score some pretty good deals. Not as good as Nordstrom Rack, but still good. They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! I'll gladly return to this store and may even suffer through traffic and parking just to come here.

I think the helpful person on the phone could sense the rising panic in my voice... When I arrived, the pants were waiting for me although I found out they were the dreaded button-fly variety. They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

The men's dress shirts were not the type you'd wear to the office. Most everything was very reasonably priced though. The skinny jeans I picked up were $19.99 on sale. Many other circular racks were also marked on sale which means lots of good deals. They also sell ladies skivvies and very sparkly belts. Good assortment of men's street wear brands like billionaire boys club, cookies, hasta la Muerte, ice cream & paper planes. They have cool sneakers too. Initially came in to pick out sneakers for a friend. Friend was rushing the shopping experience but found some cool women's Air Force 1 sneakers. FYI you can't buy their sneakers online. Went in to pick up an order while traveling. Saw a woman behind the counter with her back turned to…read moreme and indicated that I was picking up an order. She called out for someone who showed up @8 minutes later. She was on a cell phone. I gave the man our last name and he couldn't find the order. There were only 4 packages hanging there and he looked up something on the computer and said the item had come in. The woman was still not facing me and snapped at him to look again. Package located. I looked inside and found 1 item instead of two. He shrugged and said only 1 item was received. Since we're traveling not like we'd be coming back this way. Got back to the car and email that the other item went to another store. Attitude in this store was like I was the problem. Won't go back.
