Instead of having customers leave their bags in an open environment why don't you have the system of counting the number of pieces they take into the fitting room. I mean I had a big purse with me too. So what's the difference in me taking in my shopping bag versus a large purse!? And all I had was 1 pair of shorts! Annoying but no big deal I was heading back that way the next weekend anyways. I take the outfit back in with the OG bag and receipt and explain what happened. They came off as incredibly suspicious of me even with the receipt but finally fixed it. While there I decided to grab a few things for myself. Also beware that they do not update sale signs in a timely fashion so I had quite a few items that were more than advertised. I asked the cashier to double check if all the security tags were removed and she just said it's fine and gave me my bag. Just went to use one of the shorts and lo and behold: a security tag. Both times this happened the door security did not go off. If you're going to put a security tag on every single item then you need to have staff trained to actually check and not treat you like a criminal when you have to go out of your way to fix their mistakes. Will not be back here again!
