The young lady with the hijab was very helpful and sweet. She made sure to double check if the sandals that were on sale were available in my size even though it might be unlikely. She was efficient too because soon after she was helping another customer with similar inquiries on a different sandal style. read more

I stopped in to look around when at the Outlet. This store is a little smaller than other stores that I have visited in the US. There was am employee who greeted us at the door. Although is was a smaller store, they had a good amount of products in the store and a good sale as well. I was happy that I found something that I needed and that the item was very much on sale. Shoutout to Maria for helping me and my friend shop / purchase our three purses. She gets all of the stars. My 1 star review goes to Tory who stole Maria's purchases from her. Ironic her name is Tory... (according to the receipt) It was a strange and awkward situation that made our shopping experience go from exciting to weird. Maria was helping us and put our bags in the back of the counter. When we were in line, Tory grabbed our things even though we said Maria helped us. Maria came just in time to get our things and check us out but Tory kept insisting she was helping us (when she knew she didn't help us). Maria was the one who was supposed to get the sale but Tory snatched it from her. Causing a whole mess in line. I'm curious why she did that, y'all are coworkers and that's awkward, it's not a big deal. Tory took us to the back room to check us out even though we were trying to be checked out by Maria. It was just the weirdest situation and we hope the manager sees this review because it made my friend and I feel sooo uncomfortable. read more

This store is located in the Orlando Premium Outlet mall. The mall is a square of over 100 stores and is an outside mall. It is extremely hectic at all times and miserable to through when it is hot outside. The store was well kept and neat, but was extremely crowded with shoppers and associates for such a small store. I counted 9 workers and decided to stop. 4 workers were just sitting behind a cash register talking away and not really assisting anyone. The prices were decent. Tory Burch is known to be pretty expensive, but was cheaper than department stores that carry it or online. We purchased our diaper bag from TB, but not the outlet. The outlet does not carry diaper bags if you are curious. I honestly didn't want to look around anymore with my wife after being in the store for 3 minutes because of the chaos inside. I must have been hit with purses or other foreign shoppers 3x in the 3 minute period. Beware if you enjoy personal space because you will make some close friends in that store that you may want to stay away from :). read more

Beware of a scam this store does. They sell you something and on the back of the receipt it says you have 14 days to return. That's what frequent shoppers here look at. The management found a way to scam you by after paying the cashier doesn't tell you that the item you are buying is final sale, but on the receipt next to the purchased item it says final sale. The staff is always very helpful and the quality of their items are decent. But I rated this review on this scam. read more

I am a big Tory Burch fan, and who doesn't love it at great prices? I like the selection of shoes and purses at this location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had great deals when I was in, and I love the quality of the shoes I purchased. They carry leather goods, such as purses, shoes, boots, and wallets, as well as other accessories like jewelry and watches. They used to carry clothing, but I think they have a much smaller selection now. read more

My first experience here was amazing to say the least. I did decide to go on Black Friday of all days, but the wait was short and the customer service was very detail-oriented. When in the shoe section I didn't have to wait for a long time for my size and there were about 3 associates checking on me at all times. I picked up my very first Tory bag and some riding boots to match. I am so excited to wear them! I am actually heading back to the same store today to buy some more items for Christmas! read more

I am visiting the area and I was so happy to finally go to a Tory Burch Outlet! :). I have heard the rumors, but I don't have one close to where I live! I wanted to purchase EVERYTHING and the deals were amazing! I bought some navy flats and a signature necklace. Jeff helped me and he was amazing! He found the necklace that I wanted available in the back, still in bubble wrap, with the signature pouch. Maybe the timing of my visit was off, several days after Labor Day, but the selection was terrible! No key chains or smaller affordable items. Weekender bag was $900 which is way more than online or in regular store purchases and few customers in the store. Never was I so disappointed- I wanted to spend the $$. Some relatively good deals on Tory Burch gear. Her stuff is pretty nice but it's kind of ridiculously overpriced. $60 candle? $495 purse? Made in China? Too much for me and seems emblematic of conspicuous consumption and standing for being wealthy. Not my style. I'd rather stand for being a great person, buying from our passionate craftspeople, and suporting countries that are our allies and democracies. I was pretty disappointed with this store. Obviously outlet-quality (no feet on purses, and very little outstanding features including larger logo, hardware, etc) bags and at steep prices! The store was a mess when I visited (especially the shoe area, whoa), and it was difficult to understand what the current promotions were. No one greeted my sister and I when we walked in nor did they offer us any help when we had merchandise in our hand. I've been to this location numerous times on their busiest days. I am Tory Burch shopper and a huge fan! I visited the Tory Burch outlet of course looking for my next bag or Birthday gift. When we arrived I was greeted by Kiersten who quickly helped me find what I wanted and was super nice as well. I told her about a previous purchase I made in a NY Tory Burch and let her know it must have had a manufacturer's damage. I explained to her that reached out to that Store who was not willing to help me and a few other details. Kiersten got her business card and told me to email her the photos of the bag and she will try to get more information for me to resolve my issue. That is customer service! Even though it was not the Store I purchased my previous bag she offered to assist me in any way she can. read more

Went to Tory Burch outlet yesterday and I was very disappointed! First the store is very small, the selection sucked and the staff wasn't friendly at ALL! While I was trying to look at wallets, I noticed that most of them were really scratched and not in good condition! (I know I know it is an outlet but still I have seen better) barely any jewelry, maybe 2-3 different necklace but that is about it! The shoes selection on the other hand was pretty good. And for the prices well it is cheaper but not great... They didn t have any clearance section or additional percentage off (which is always nice) So overall my experience wasn't great! read more

I went outlet shopping with my wife yesterday and stopped at this store. I was a little irritated that we had to wait in line but at least we were out of the rain. Once my wife finally started shopping for shoes, I had to be the one to ask the sales associate for the right size. I must say I was impressed and treated like royalty at the store. The sales associate (Jon) was very helpful, and had a great personality. At the end of out visit he offered his email address and said if we wanted to shop at home he would email us pictures and offered to ship to our house. Not impressed at all with the quality of their purses or their shoes..just got a purse and after an hour of wear I see the leather starting to show wear marks..does good quality leather do that??? Their 60% sale is a joke because these leather goods are crap. I can get just as good of a deal at a department store when they have sales but at least I know their products are high quality. Service was good, not great. Upon walking into the store I was met by an employee advertising the sales for each section. Whenever I moved to a new section she was right there telling me the sale items. Obviously it's an outlet so there was sale placards everywhere, but it was very helpful. I visited the shoe section as I was looking for the original "Miller" scandal. The store did not have the exact sandal I was looking for, but I elected for something similar, a style I didn't already have. The sales representative, once I gave her my size, immediately advised that it would be practically impossible as my size (10) is very large... I was taken aback.. I understand that my particular size is less likely to be in stock, but there are other ways to say this to a customer. However, the employee DID end up finding a 10.5 (it was a different color scheme that what I originally asked for, but it worked) so I ended up keeping it. I also found a large light tan leather bag I liked. All in all, purchased the sandals and bag. Upon checking out and before I was handed my bag I asked for a duster bag for my new purse, (light tan, my you) purchase. I was advised they didn't provide duster bags... she put the purse and shoebox in a large size bag and tried to send me on my way. I asked that she wrap the bag in tissue paper to protect it from smudges and possible stains. Tory Burch was not my last stop of the day so obviously I wanted to protect my purchase. Shoe selection was dismal. Nordstrom has a bigger and better selection in my opinion. Even Nordstrom Rack has a bigger Tory Burch selection. Wide variety of purses and wallets. All price ranges. The overall experience was okay... I'd rather shop in a regular Tory store (with the regular prices) and receive the personalized service and attention. read more

For a really busy outlet store they manage to keep a good stock of the really good pieces here and at a great savings! The staff is very friendly and super helpful (I don't know how they stay so pleasant...I saw what they had to deal with from crazy customers to children running wild and it they took it in stride. I would have lost my mind)! If you are a Florida Gator fan (CHOMP CHOMP!) then you will LOVE this store! They keep a full stock of orange and blue pieces year-round. They have people specifically seeking this store out from all over due to the stock they keep! I love popping in here when I stay in Orlando to grab something and at a great price! I finally went to this store today while visiting in Orlando. I'll start by saying that you have to be extremely patient when going to this place. I had to to the wait on a line for the good part of two hrs just to go in the store. Once inside, I was able to find nice things for a good price (60% off), however, the store is understaffed and you have to wait for someone to become available which is almost impossible. This is solely a bad review for their employees! I buy a lot of Tory Burch shoes the quality of the product is great and the prices at the outlet are great. So I am disappointed to say I probably won't be shopping at this location again. This store is always in a state of chaos it makes your shopping experience anxiety ridden. The employees are chaotic themselves running all around focusing and doting on one or two customers who drape themselves on the couches like they are royalty. This isn't a good business practice. You have to practically beg someone to get a shoe size for you and when they do they throw the shoe box at you and mumble their name as if you understood them or would even want to ask for anything else. Then they have nerve to ask you who helped you at the register and when you say no one helped you they don't even care. This store isn't a good representation of the brand. read more
