Zara is a clothing store I frequent often, as they are every tall girl friendly. The basic inseam length in pants here is super long- made for those with longer legs than average and I am so appreciative of it. All my tall girls know the struggle. However, they're definitely not curvy girl friendly. But you can still find some good stuff even if you are more curvy, it just depends. Overall they have super cute stuff, though. Since this store is in Disney Springs some of the clothes can get kind of expensive. I've been to other Zara stores in the U.S. and abroad and the prices greatly vary. They do have some good sales and that's the best time to take advantage if you want to add to your wardrobe. read more

Customer Service When I went up to the counter to purchase my items, I placed my backpack on the counter to retrieve my wallet. After the sales associate ring up my purchase. I paid for my items, she picked up my backpack and looked inside without my permission. She made it seem as I took something without paying for it. The second incident happened at Disney Springs. The sales associate ring my items up and asked me if I wanted bag, I asked was I suppose to carry it out in my hands. She got smart with me. I ased it all Zara employees are rude. I was stuck in the elevator at Zara for about an hour with my 2 year old and 4 year old nephew. We were initially told it would take an hour for any help to even arrive. The little ones even started crying. It became super hot and it seemed like there was no type of urgency until we called 911 ourselves from inside the elevator. It was honestly traumatizing. Afterwards, reps told us that they would make it up to us....only to deny any kind of guest recovery later on. I know that they are probably going to respond to this with the typical boilerplate "contact guest services". Had a great experience at this Zara location recently. The employees were helped and the fitting rooms were clean and organized. Prices are similar to the other ZARA locations I have been too. They have a few sections for Men & Women that have discounts of 40% off the regular price. Highly recommend! The staff is super nice I stood in one place waiting for something and half a dozen associates walked past me to make sure I was being taken care of . I first went to a Zara when I was in Spain years ago. I loved it. The stores were so well organized and they had great styles. Back in the USA, the Zara stores I go to are overcrowded and you have to wait a while to try on clothes. They even have an app now where you can skip the line and go right to try on something, although I never actually see anyone do this. Anyway, I usually go to Zara in Aventura Mall. Well, I was in Orlando a week ago in Disney Springs and went to Zara. This place must not have a manager and be extremely short handed OR the employees just do not care. I didn't even stay here long enough to notice if there were a lot of employees. The store looked like trash. Customers have no respect foe the merchandise and apparently just throw an item down rather than put it back on the rack. I can't shop in places like that. Total turnoff. From what I saw, their styles were not what I like anyhow. Hopefully they can improve themselves here in America because they have much nicer stores in Spain as of 2020 the last time I was there. read more

The DS Zara is one be of the good ones. Because of its location, it gets the good inventory. Of course the full Disney line as well. In this regard it's excellent and it does outweigh the cons (for me) so for that reason it gets higher stars as I like to try on in store and buy online. There are a lot of cons, but the selection is unique and they stock more than the average Zara because it's a high traffic store n a very desirable location (in terms of sales) In terms of crowds, there's going to be a lot. Unless you get lucky and stumble on a not so busy day, or go early (like opening) on a weekday, it will be crowded. Complaining about that is, pretty silly if you ask me. That being said the lines for fitting room and till are always long, like VERY as well. It's also a messy one (even for American Zara's standards...always tons of stuff pilled up on the floor) as the staff has a hard time keeping up with crowds. For those of you who aren't used to shopping in American Zara, it's not like Zara in Europe. customer service is not a priority. Clean environment is not a priority - its a we built it, they will come. we will sell out of everything and we don't have to try, This attitude is a Zara America thing, nit just THIS location so all the other reviews complaining about the "rude" sales people kind of make me think, have you ever shopped at American Zara? I get it if you don't have one wherever you are from or are used to Zara out side of the USA (it really is very different experience from top to bottom). This is one of the highest traffic loaction in the country in the tourist capital of America...and its a Zara. Just know what you're getting into and go early if you want organized and shortest lines and just expect the employees to not be super interested in you So if that kind of situation bothers you, then maybe skip it? I will say, on the "mall" side of DS, the customer service experience isn't very high. Full stop. Once you leave the "Disney" section, it's just a very high traffic mall designed to target tourists. The stores are there because people on their Disney trips tend to spend a lot of money outside the parks as well. Customer serice isn't priority one. This is not a "luxury shopping experience" its a busy shipping experience. Went there today and spent $178.48 on merchandise, was asked to pay 10 cents for a bag. I said really? So if I don't buy the bag, I walk thru Disney Springs with my clothes and tags exposed as if I just shoplifted? I inquired won't the police stop me? Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Wanted to buy a pair of jeans for my daughter at this location. They did not have her size. Manager offered to order correct size, online and have it shipped to our home. Of course, no fitting rooms were open to confirm size. Jeans came in and they were too big. Zara isn't always my favorite place to shop. For me, it's like an expensive H&M and the clothing still falls apart after a wash or two, but I was in a pinch and needed a shirt immediately while I was at Disney Springs. The men's department is located on the second floor. I looked around and was surprised that I couldn't find a clearance section. Maybe it as elsewhere but I really felt like they didn't have one at all which was a bummer. I needed a shirt for one night so I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money on a shirt I truly didn't need but only needed based on circumstance. Eventually I found a shirt for $9.99. The one thing that annoys me about most retail stores now is how they have registers on all floors but only one floor has working cashiers on one floor. This was no exception. I'm standing here and waiting and eventually I asked if someone would help me and he said, "sure, downstairs.". Side note: the dressing rooms were really clean and no clothing found on the ground anywhere. Once I got downstairs, fortunately, I was second in line and made it out of the store easily. I still don't love this place, but they came through during a pinch so I'm happy about that. This is a great Zara! This visit was my second. The outside of the building is beautiful and white/cream and stunning to look at. The interior is also well kept and clean! The items were stocked in their appropriate places. Beautiful store! The first floor is all women attire and the second floor is men and kids. The second floor is accessible by an elevator or escalator. I love the kids department and the clothing available for babies and kids. This visit, the clothing variety and styles were lacking :(. Pros: Great location (tons of excellent shops near by), the floor/changing rooms were relatively clean and organized, and staff was helpful. Zara continues to be light years ahead of fashion trends. Being local, this is our regular Zara shopping location. They typically have a great selection and plenty of sizes available. They are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS consistent in being RUDE, they ignore you, roll their eyes at you, charge you for a bag when you've already told them you don't need one, and take their sweet time ringing you up. They will hold full conversations with their coworkers about NOTHING at all while you wait in line or stand at the register. The store outside looks lovely, but as you walk inside, it's a mess. Everything's for the most part unorganized, people everywhere, lines are a mile long even for the fitting room, and workers are just nasty. I get if you're having a bad day or really stressed with dealing with long lines as a cashier, but you just don't treat people like they don't matter. Us as customers are the reason why these early adults are getting paid, they should learn some respect. This is a nice store with fashion-forward clothes and pretty good sales. Fair warning for non-shoppers or people who like things super neat -- this isn't that. There is really no organization to this store. They just kind of throw clothes on the racks and call it a day. Purchased a pair of beige jeans three days ago. Washed them once and the color is streaked all over them. I don't use bleach so I know I didn't bleach them. This must be a bad die lot. I have called the store but no one will answer the phone. I called the number on Zara's home page but was told that since the purchase was in the store I have to go back to the store to resolve. It's the second time in three weeks I have been to this Zara. Each time has been the same. Only one register open and even then not fully staffed. Each time to wait time was the same, with long people queues. I know that the line likely surges, however with multiple staff walking the store, no one takes notice and gets more people to help. I did ask a staff member, who at that point did get someone. The line isn't great spot to maintain social distance especially when long, people need to cut through to shop. read more

Located in Disney Springs, this is a beautiful location! There was a huge sale taking place on the first floor, though I wasn't able to visit upstairs. Sale items ranged starting at around $7. There were many employees that kept the area tidied up throughout my visit. The fitting room was the craziest place, with my clothes being returned and taking up space on the racks in the hallway. We didn't end up trying anything on because we had a dinner reservation. Checked out tonight (7:20 on a Saturday) and after standing in line for 15 plus minutes - with 20+ people behind me, the girl in line behind me was allowed by the cashier to go under the ropes to check out. I asked if this was really happening, and I was told "I work here - it's ok" - not great customer service for the line of us who had been patiently waiting our turn. This is by far the best Zara in Orlando. It's not conveniently located for me, but it's worth the drive to check out once in a while. Their kids selection is large as is their men's, much larger than the other Zara. The women's selection is always organized, well stocked, and not picked over. The store itself is very large, allowing them to have a ton of inventory and I can almost always find my size in any piece of clothing/accessory I'm interested in. Occasionally they have huge sales in one department such as kids, women or men. I was able to score half off children's clothing a few months ago which was a score considering it can be a little expensive. The service here is better than most Zaras, but still not great. Expect long lines and rare acknowledgment, but hey, I'll take it if it means the store is organized and has tons of stock. read more

*READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE I got a $25 T-shirt as a gift from a family member and it didn't fit me let alone wasn't really my style. Tags were attached and shirt was unworn. I went back to where it was bought (this location) a week later and looked for another shirt. I get to the counter and tell them I want to exchange and pay the difference and they asked for the receipt.
