I have not been to an old navy in years and decided to stop in since it was in my favorite plaza. selection for the family was hit or miss. Baby and kids selection were so adorable , I wanted one of everything for my littles ! I came in to look for new workout clothes and I couldn't figure out what was on sale , clearance or new because the section was a bit of everything mixed. There were no staff around to ask as I walked around for a good 20 mins only to realize the 2 upfront were too busy engaged in performance evaluations and setting goals. Fitting room - no attendant available so come and go as you please. I did find some good clearance items and plan to visit another location this weekend to see if they have some other good deals and sizes. read more

I've found myself shopping at Old Navy more often these days, specifically for cute clothes for boys. My son is nearly a year old and since becoming a boy mom, I've had a hard time finding him clothing that I actually like. I'm really just looking for things that are not covered in graphics and obnoxious patterns -- is that too much to ask?! While the selection for girls is always 3-4 times the amount available for boys, I have had some good luck finding adorable matching sets, knitted sweater polos, overalls, jackets, and more at Old Navy. With the temps starting to rise and the summer months on the horizon, I recently purchased some versatile shorts sets that we can mix & match. There is more inventory available online than in-store, so I don't always find what I'm looking for, but I do appreciate that their prices are reasonable and they have great sales. Especially since kids grow so fast and can only wear the clothing for a short period of time. read more

Decided to stop in Old Navy really fast I haven't been here in a while. I immediately ran into the work out section of the store. I picked up a flowing white tank top for working out and for the hot for the heat for eight dollars and then I also picked up a pack of socks six and a pack for five dollars. I only spent a total of $13 and I feel like that is a win!! Definitely recommend for socks!! read more

This particular Old Navy location is located in the Colonial Plaza. It is located not far from the Big Lots and the Publix. For whatever reason, when I came across this Old Navy location, my mind went back to those Old Navy commercials that you would see continuously play on television as if they were on a continuous loop. Those commercials always had people smiling and having the time of their lives. You don't see those commercials anymore, but you still see Old Navy locations. The stores themselves are bright and inviting, the staff was fine and being in the Colonial Plaza, parking is not an issue. Prices are decent, but since I was here shopping for Christmas gifts, I guess it would be is if the people you are buying for would appreciate Old Navy. My daughter who is more fashion conscience and designer brand driven, I believe would be horrified if she were to open a gift and see a piece of clothing from Old Navy. Other people might not have that issue. All in all, Old Navy is a good spot to head whether looking for a gift or something for yourself. I will give it four stars. read more

This location is tucked in the back right corner of Colonial Plaza, by the Big Lots. They have all the standard offerings you'd expect, and some decent deals considering it isn't as foot trafficked as the Florida Mall location. Store is mostly organized. The clearance section is a bit disheveled, but considering it is most likely the most man handled area, it's not shocking. Staff is usually decent. The register line moves quickly unless you get someone with a return or an issue, which isn't the cashier's fault. There is always plenty of parking since this store is located towards the back side of the plaza. Overall: A Good place to hit for a less busy Old Navy experience. read more

I went to Old Navy right after they opened today. I went to use the facilities and was left with a disgusting feeling. I told one employee in the changing room how nasty the women's bathroom was. After I watched for a few minutes no one went in to clean them. How can they be following CDC order of cleanliness when they can't keep a bathroom clean? I will not ever go there again. read more

I kind of love this store. Some Old Navy stores can be a nightmare (I am looking at YOU Dolphin Mall) and some can be cool to browse in like this one. It is quite complete, the staff is super nice and the store organized. I happened to find things I wasn't even looking for but just had to have. I was there on a Sunday, parking was a breeze and the store a joy to shop in. How can you go wrong with that? I do love this particular one and it is worth visiting. read more

For most people, you either love or hate Old Navy. I, personally, love it. They have a great selection of styles that can fit any wardrobe and budget. Plus my inner cheapskate loves scoring great deals here. The clearance section is great when they have an addional % off on top of prices. I looove their fitness gear for working out- very affordable and pretty good quality. I swear by their compression pants! Stock up on those when they have a sale. Also love that they carry petite sizes on their website. I love maxi dresses but the regular lengths swallow me whole. The petite sizes online are the perfect length. There aren't sales associates here walking around offering assistance but I like it that way. I love shopping in peace and at my own leisure. It's pretty crowded on the weekends so I usually check this place out during the week. If you have a Banana Repulic or Gap card , they are valid here and you accrue rewards for purchases. read more

I was near this area and decided to stop by for some window shopping. The truth is that, for me, there is no such thing as widow shopping (no self-control here). I decided to try some of the jeans here, since a friend of mine recommend them. Usually I don't get my jeans from Old Navy, but decided to give them a try since they were on sale. I was so lost, because they have so many styles and cuts that I did not know where to begin. Luckily for me an associate was arranging a table full of jeans and I asked for help. I really wish I remember her name, she really deserves a shout-out! She was very helpful and attentive. She helped me find my size and search the entire store to help me find the jeans I wanted. The store had a 40% off of everything, so I got some jeans for a very affordable price. Store looked clean and the associates were working to keep it organized. read more

Let me just first say I've been a resident almost my whole life in Orlando and I've been to this store before and the store looks as if the manager does not know how to organize or train employees well enough to answer simple questions about promotions and sales. Anyways I went back due to being charged an outrageous amount for an open package and missing item and the item was supposed to ring up to 47 not 70 I assumed that was the jacket I bought but it was on clearance. I think that the staff is very good here. They take the time to actually help you. I found an item I wanted, that they didn't have in my size. A cute, blonde, bespeckled associate did everything she could, and in the end, I was able to get what I needed. The prices are good, the quality is good for the most part (Some shirts are wafer thin, though!). I also find the hiring practices to be good, with no intense pressure during the interview. First time at this particular Old Navy store on Colonial, the store it self is surrounded by a lot of other business including Big Lots and Ross. The staff here was really nice and even though they saw me walking around and I never got asked if I needed help the cashier was very nice, price are not the best but you can get nice and decent clothe here for a better price then at other department stores. When I came in they had shirts on sale for $5 bucks, shirts that had designs and were pretty nice and make a great gift for Christmas. Lots of clothe here from jeans for men to shirts for girls , this is more of a place with clothe for a younger audience probably under 40 year old. They had a few sales but the shirts in my opinion were a good deal. I definitely frequent this Old Navy! They are a large store and it always seems to be clean and organized when I go in. The best part is that they are always having sales!! This is one place that always has jeans that fit me (and are like $10 - score), awesome and affordable (and cute) workout clothes, and more! Within the last year have I shopped here fairly often. The prices are really reasonable and sales seem to happen frequently. I am usually able to find everything I need for work, my daughter, sleepwear, workout outfits etc. The only thing I cant fit are their shoes. This Old Navy location is easily accessible in the Colonial shopping plaza off Bumby and Colonial. Great for short notice needs like basic tshirts or a pair of black pants without going all the way to a mall. Like other Old Navys, the stock is pretty standard but this store is large so there is plenty to choose from. It is rarely busy, unlike the one at Florida Mall, so you can get in and out without much of a wait. Parking is very easy too in the large lot. Let me start by saying I LOVE Old Navy. My paychecks go toward Gap and Old Navy clothes because they have the best button downs and pants that actually fit me. Today I walked in and saw that my pants were on sale (50% off! Yay!) I grabbed the two colors I didn't have yet and a few other things including the last pair of shoes in navy and gold. I noticed they didn't have a tag so I grabbed a grey pair to ring up for the price. When my pants rang up full price I was confused and asked the associate why they weren't ringing up 50% off like the sign said. The manager quickly came over and once she understood what was happening, walked over to the table and saw the sign (which didn't describe what was on sale but that was placed on the table between sweaters as pants facing the pants side). She was SO RUDE and told me the 50% off was "clearly just for outerwear" when quite obviously, the sign was not clear or I wouldn't have bought the pants. After belittling my intelligence she gave me the 50% off anyway but continued to be rude about the shoes with no tag. Once we left she started talking to her associate (through the large glass window) and flailing her hands. Not sure if she was talking about us since we obviously couldn't hear her, but I've never been treated so poorly in an Old Navy before. read more

I'm kind of torn about Old Navy. On one hand they don't carry my size in jeans. On the other hand, their signage is good enough to let me know the available range of sizes so I don't have to waste time looking. Otherwise Old Navy is a solid store. My daughter and I are very impressed with Lynn. I was waiting for my daughter to try on clothes and I noticed Lynn as she continuously folded and moved around quickly rooming customers, grabbing clothes and putting them back in place while providing awesome service to all.... She was absolutely amazing and polite and very respectful to every person that walked into the dressing room. She never stopped working once, yet she made sure to acknowledge everyone without missing a customer and greeting them; giving them the wait time for an available room!. Great customer service and very pleasant and professional! The General manager (Stephanie) was great! She too was incredibly professional, friendly, very helpful and has a million dollar smile! She pays attention to everyone and she was working the floor with everyone else. Old Navy is without question my favourite place to shop for myself and my son. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile from the time I arrive until I walk out the door to my car. I love the clothing selection they have to offer. The prices are always comparable and if there's something you're really wanting, but your pocket can't quite deal with the original price; be patient because sooner or later....it will go on sale. A great place to grab the basics - tanks, tees, flip-flops and bathing suits. Often crowded on the weekends, with long lines... it's much easier to shop here on a weekday!
