The prices here are very reasonable! A lot of times when we go, the entire store is like 70% off or something like that, especially around the December holiday season (which is the only time I'm ever in Orlando). They often have a lot of paisley prints which I'm not super crazy about but I do like the solids and more muted designs sometimes. Vera is a more my mom's thing than mine, but I thought I would come in here and look around while in town. I was on a hunt for a Disney Vera bag, but they did not have anything like that at this location. I had been in a full price Vera Bradley store the other day at Disney Springs. OMG, so expensive! I'm used to browsing the outlet store back in Fort Lauderdale and this store will save you a lot too. Typically the deal here is 50% off the item and then take another additional 20%. A couple of times each year that 20% is 30% instead and you can save even more. Head to the back of the store and check out the clearance items for 70% off, that is where the best deals are found. I wish Vera would make more items without the quilting, but some of the items are solid colors at least and not too bad. read more

An Orlando trip really isn't complete unless you make a stop at the outlets! Originally stopped in here for gifts for my cousins, who love Vera! The colors and patterns really draw you into the store. Immediately I was notified of all the specials and encouraged to take a look around. The associates were so helpful! Bonus they were all equipped with calculators to help figure or prices of 40% or 75% off on this particular sale items. It was great! I knew I was looking for wallets. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a non-material collection that was really fun & colorful. I recommend the weekender gym bag styles. Perfect size, better than a boring gym bag and here at the outlet less than $40! They also had iPad covers, phone covers and of course purses! LOVE this place! Everyone in the store was super friendly and genuine. I was visiting from California, and I had bought a bag. Once I had gotten home a week later, one of the rivets fell off the bag! I called the outlet store, and they said no problem, just send it ot them and they would swap it out with the same bag, or if I wanted a different bag, whatever I wanted to do. They also said that shipping back to me would be free, since it was a manufacturing defect. They just got it today, one week after I sent the bag back, and I should be receiving my new bag within a week! Great customer service, I highly recommend this store. read more

So this outlet is located in the Orlando Premium outside mall. The store was setup with proper consideration on customer traffic flow. The store intelligently guided you around to look at the bags located on the shelves. Each grouping was labeled for ease of ease of identification on what type of bag the customer was looking at. I was able to head directly to the bag my wife was looking for. The wide array of bags, designs, and extremely affordable prices made this an exciting find out of over 100 stores located in the outside mall. Unlike the Tory Burch store, there was a well balanced number of employees to customer ratio. We unfortunately did not purchase any of the merchandise, but we did have our eyes on a lunch carrier for my wife that was about $30 and a diaper bag that was an intelligent design of pockets and a magnetized storage compartment for the diaper changing pad that could be removed by snapping the buttons. They are condescending and belittling. I got a bag off the wall where it clearly said 60% off and an additional 20% off. When I checked out I didnt get the 20% off so I went back and asked and was told when it becomes part of a bundle there is no 20% off. Well this is fine if there was a sign, she asked me if I wanted to do the bundle etc but she says well that's the rules. I was here in march at the Orlando outlet location! Omg this place was absolutely purse/bag heaven they had 70% off the entire store! You can only imagine all the choices and how hard it was to choose what you wanted I could have taken the whole store home with me. The staff there were very helpful and quick with helping you with getting a product or looking for one! I wished they had more patterns to choose from but that's what you get at the outlets, everything goes quick! Lol! I ended up getting a purse and a case for my kindle which I love both!!!! And recently just bought a huge travel bag online for 50% off I couldn't control myself I just had to get it the deals are so great! Love me some Vera Bradley. I love going to this vera bradley outlet store anytime I'm in the area. I rarely buy any Vera items except from this outlet because the deals are so good. Most of the products are 40-60% off full price and on top of that I had a 20% off entire purchase coupon for my birthday. If you join their email club you can get these same deals as well. The sales associates here are very friendly and always help you with any questions or locating a certain item. There is a wide selection of patterns in bags, luggage, make up sets, etc. and I could honestly spend hours here looking at all the stuff. On my most recent visit, I purchased a hard case mini laptop for my new computer as well as a make up bag and silicone phone cover. Before buying the case, I asked the associate to measure it to ensure it would fit my 11" macbook. She said it would fit fine. When I got home, it did not fit, so I was a bit annoyed with that. I called and they said I can mail it in to return it (at my own expense) or come back to the store to return it. Since I don't live close by I'll have to mail it in. That was the only less than excellent experience I've had here, but I'm glad I can return it by mail at least. I will still go back in the future to continue expanding my vera collection. read more

Just went today an couldn't be happier! The store was very clean and professional. The staff was helpful an friendly. And the prices were great! They were having a 50% off sale store wide... I walked out with a euro wallet in viva la vera SRP $32 Outlet Price: 24.99. Walked in after a long day of shopping hoping to get a wallet and lanyard. The music was pretty good, and the workers seemed to think so, too. However, we weren't grooving to the jam as much as the workers because we were tired after the long day. When we got to the counter, one of the female cashiers commented on my shirt and I smiled and nodded my head at her as I was not really in the mood to talk too much, but I was still very nice about it. I paid for the wallet and lanyard, smiled and said thank you, and as I walked out, I heard "Wow, THEY were real fun" in a sarcastic tone.
