I would give this place a five star but I can not. 1st they have many beautiful items. This place is like a hidden gem. Incredible finds.... They sell glamorous evening dresses to Children clothes and some hip up, up to date modern clothes, Jewelry, hats, shoes, hand bags extra. If you wanting to find something different that you cant find at a regular mall or Macy's this is your spot. I actually found some really cool Graffiti Mickey mouse pants. Love, Love, Love them. The lady there allowed me to try them on which surprised me. Not to mention they looked tiny. But they fit perfect. So I am thankful she allowed me too: otherwise I wouldn't of found the gem. The place is a bit over crowded and you have to spend some time there to see it all. So much everywhere. Prices are reasonable too. PEEP PEE: The two ladies there gave me the "vibe" there are too busy to deal with you. They really didn't smile much either. They are lacking personal approach. Customer Service was definitely not there strong point. I think they can benefit from taking a class or too on etiquette customer service. My friends felt that they was so rude to them that when we left the store immediately they started to complain about the service. NO Smiles. Coming from a background of costumer service I know in todays world and a very competitive market. That alone can make you or break you. For the store too be so tiny and on Park Ave & with so many stores: 13 to be exact for leasing. I counted !!! sadly all right on Park Ave. You are a dime a dozen. Ladies you need to start smiling !!! My wife and I have walked past this boutique many times and thought it was just for fancy dresses. Today going by a luggage set with London icons was on displayed in the window. I pointed it out to my wife immediately began looking much closer at the window display. Walking in a few minutes before closing probably wasn't the best timing as the sales people were focused on closing. We ended up buying the luggage set. I must have walked by Bebe's on Park Ave a hundred times without ever going in. The store is divided into two sides, kids and women's. From the window the kid's clothes are clearly not the kinds of clothes kids wear every day. Their clothes are perfect if you are looking for something for a special occasion or a photo shoot. My daughter has been competing in pageants for the last couple of years. After starting out pretty clueless for our first few events a friend suggested Bebe's. Our first visit we were lucky to stop in the weekend after the Winter Park sidewalk sale. I was able to pick up several fantastic dresses for my daughter at drastically reduced prices. These were really pretty dresses that my daughter was able to wear for photo shoots and pageant events. And I think I only spent about $20 per dress, so I was really happy. The staff at Liz's are fantastic. Once they get to know you they will remember you and treat you like friends. They are very helpful with suggestions for outfits and tips for the best colors and styles to wear. I really appreciate the attention they give and it makes my daughter feel really special whenever we go in. Liz, the owner, is usually in the shop when we've been in. She is really fun and a Winter Park fashion icon. She is also involved in the local pageant community. When it was time to purchase a new pageant dress for my daughter we decided to go back to Bebe's. We picked the dress we wanted online and decided to order from Bebe's vs. some of the other pageant dress shops because we knew we would get more personalized service. We had a great experience ordering the dress, and it is completely amazing. In the future I'm sure we'll go back to Bebe's for anything we need to special order. Another added perk of shopping here? We were recently called out of the blue by one of the employees to ask if my daughter would like to be in a charity fashion show that Liz is sponsoring. It's sad to see such poor reviews of this boutique store. I love boutiques like this that sell very UNIQUE, 1-of-a-kind pieces. The stuff you see in this place IS NOT MASS MADE. So all the people who are upset about their return policy probably shop at TJ Maxx or Marshall's or something like that. I love crystals, and I've spent A LOT of money here. I usually buy jewelry, but I've also bought 2 dresses here. They are attention-getting dresses. So if you're in need of a RED CARPET QUALITY WORTHY type dress, this is your go-to place for the perfect dress. I used to be a stripper at Rachel's, and I rocked all the jewelry from this store. All the strippers envied my look. I wish they had an online store? Small boutiques like this place are hidden gems for fashionistas that don't want what everyone Else is wearing. I've also walked for their fashion show (when I can find the picture of all my dresses I'll update my review). They're usually nice to me, but probably also because I spend a lot of money there LOL. The window displays at this sweet children's store were magnificent. The clothing they were displaying was precious and a delight to look at--lots of whites and pinks and soft fabrics. I must have hovered there for a good ten minutes--long enough to notice the chandelier that was themed and designed after Cinderella and her pumpkin turned carriage. It was so neat! Their sale items were very reasonable. Their regularly priced clothing was more than you'd pay at Babies 'R Us but the selection was one-of-a-kind. read more

The cute black and pink canopy above this shop as well as the elaborate window displays make this place very inviting if your passing through the Park Avenue area, even if you're not shopping for baby clothes. Bebe's is definitely not your typical baby or children's shop. Most of the items you'll find here are more fashionable and high-end...something that I think is unnecessary when it comes to kids, but to each his own. Cute and dressy is the best way to describe the clothing found in this shop. I wouldn't recommend buying clothes here for your child to play, but if it's for a special occasion like a wedding or church than this is more up your alley. Aside from clothing, there are lots of accessories, room decor and a few things for mommy too. I'd have to say my favorite part of this shop is the rather unique baby carriages and baby toys. However, I don't know that I'd give my child a fancy, designer baby toy. If you're looking for a fashionable baby bag, this is definitely the place to go for the latest, greatest trends in that department. Price wise, they're not cheap, if you haven't guessed already. Personally, I think you're better off going to a department store or Babys R Us because the prices are better, the selection is more vast and its all more practical. I just left this store and had a horrible experience, i drove 2 hours to come see this store cuz i was told by a friend to check it out. There store does have beautiful things but the people that work there are completely ignorant. I was treated poorly from the moment i walked in. First yelling at my children for going to see there doll they have in the window to acting oblivious when asked about there sizing. I'd never been before so i asked what a size small pant would be closest too and was told "i don't know go try it on" then when asking about another item with no tag i was accused of taking it off. BUYER BEWARE - there are NO cash returns, only a merchandise credit if returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Then you only get a merchandise credit good for ONLY 6 months. This is fine except, they don't tell you that! One clerk actually told us that "Everyone on Park Ave knows this policy unless if you shop at the Gap" Very disturbing interaction, one that I have never had before! I am extremely happy with this store. They have a wonderful selection of gowns for all ages. I recently purchased two MacDuggal gowns for charity events I was attending. The staff was very attentive and helped pick out the perfect gown for each event. If you are looking for a place to find a dress, DO NOT shop here. My friend and I went to the Park Avenue storefront to look for prom dresses. We wanted to get a good idea of colours and styles, but as soon as the sales staff heard we were so-called "looking" she snatched the dresses out of our hands and rudely asked us to leave the store. My experience with the staff was disgustingly eye-opening. I had no idea that someone could as rude as the staff treated us. Because of the staff's superior attitude during this experience, I will not step into another Bebe's and Liz's again. They have lost a potentially valuable customer. Bebe's does not allow returns. There is no signage saying this policy. When I said they should have notified us regarding this, the sales clerk got very belligerent so we asked to speak to the manager/owner. She walked to the back of the store and yelled "We have a live one". I said I can hear you and then heard laughter. Upon waiting 10 minutes the owner came out furious, and finally said to just give the refund. She then said to never come in her store again. That will not be a problem. Obviously business is declining, but having the rudest customer service is not going to help. read more

I shopped in the women's department for a few years and always had a warm greeting. I bought a holiday dress for $900.00 turns out it had design issues and the store refused to help make things right. They quickly pointed out the return policy sign that is placed below the counter where clients pay. The warm greetings I used to experience turned to dismissive conversation & accusations. I had already purchased a few holiday sweaters and kept them, but I got one use out of two sweaters, both came apart in the seam, one around buttons and one on the side seam. I am a small woman and the sweaters were over sized, no reason for them to come apart other than bad design. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I felt the store policy was unfair and that customers should be told about the no return policy before they take payment. read more

Do not shop at this store! Their prices are outrageously high. We bought a dress here for $78 and found the same dress down the road for $50! When we went back to ask for a price match, the nasty saleswoman refused to credit us the difference. She was extremely rude and kept talking over us. We insisted on seeing the manager who eventually offered us a full refund and suggested we buy the dress elsewhere. Shocking! That a store would not observe its own competition down the street to keep their prices competitive, or that would they not easily offer a credit for the difference it astounding. The owner should rethink their sales strategy. I was further shocked to learn that the sales persons' excuse was that their computer system was from the mid 90's which prevented her from modifying the price. They have such bad reviews because they deserve them!! My friend gave my daughter a dress from this store. It was too small so I was looking to exchange it. Walked in with a gift box from their store. The dress was in "just bought condition with the tags still on." The woman immediately looked and said "I see you have a box, let me see...." my first inclination was to say, "does that mean you are going to treat me like garbage??" I wish I had a camera to take a picture of her disgusted look because I asked if I could exchange the dress. I just couldn't believe how nasty they were to me. They refused the exchange and said they don't accept returns or exchanges on special occasion dresses. RIDICULOUS!!! It was a gift and it was in perfectly saleable condition. Considering I was asking for an exchange and was planning on buying more stuff, they could have taken it back. It was a pink dress that can be used year-round..... wasn't even a holiday dress.. What a Shame. Truly lovely store and merchandise but I was warned of horrible service and policies and unfortunately that is correct. Spent $400 in the store , purchased a flower girl dress for my sons wedding and found out less than a day later it was the wrong style and the store refused to give me a refund. Everything IS FINAL sale which is fine but the dress was never even shipped\didn't leave the shop and they still refused to give me a refund after Spending a nice chunk of change in there. I could understand if I had returned the dress but I never even received it!!! It was hanging in the store the whole time. The owner actually refused to talk to me and made the sales associate deal with it over the phone. I have heard from several locals that this is not unusual etiquette. The merchandise selection is lovely and the store has many adorable clothes and shoes for children. I have shopped there on and off for the last seven years. The service has always been fine but not over the top. Today was a different experience. One of the salespeople was as unfriendly as I've seen in some time. She seemed perturbed that I was trying to find my daughter's right shoe size in a cramped little aisle. She stated that she "gets nervous" having to step over little ones since she fell once and broke a rib. I'd have happily moved to another area if directed where there was additional space (I didn't see any myself). She continued to act put out by having to walk past us. I decided to give up on buying shoes for my daughter there. In the meantime, my son had selected something he wanted so I went to the counter to pay for it. During that time my daughter found a dress she liked. My card had already been run through so I signed the receipt then planned to look at the dress. Within a minute my daughter came back crying that someone took her "princess dress", as she called it (she's a toddler so one might expect that response). I asked the saleswoman if that was the dress she was interested in and she responded "It's not her size". The saleswoman had snatched it away from her! I asked if they had her size then she responded "What is her size"? Then how did she know the dress was not her size to begin with? Unbelievable! We left without shoes, a dress, or the a baby gift I intended to buy for a girlfriend of mine who just gave birth. Probably an additional $200 in sales they would have had from me today had that salesperson not been so discourteous. I won't be back. It's too bad because they do have a charming selection of children's items. But so do other stores who happen to focus on customer service, too. read more

Fantastic selection of mid to high end baby clothing. My two year old loves to shop in this store and is treated like a princess each time we come. The owner Liz and her staff go out of their way to find outfits that are well suited to my girls personalities and coloring! Holiday shopping is the best and they carry many possibilities for sibling outfits that coordinate or match. Make sure you like what you buy there because you can't return it. We purchased a Tony Bowls pageant gown and they ordered a larger size for us. Then after sending the size they already had to us (too small), I sent it back and they sent the larger size, which also didn't fit. Now, they say it was a special order and a limited edition so I am out almost $500 and have a gown that I can't use. Horrible people to deal with. Please go spend your money somewhere else.... read more
