I feel like this store is offering up just a larger version of the clearance area that you find in the regular location. A lot of the items are regular price with 40% off sign, which happens a lot of times in the stores around seasonal times. Every now and then I do happen in when they're doing an additional sale on top of the sale which is really nice so the prices do become good so if you hit him during that you'll probably get a deal. I do have to say though it is five stars for the staff because they are always super friendly and helpful. They always stop by and make sure that you don't need any help or if you do they're happy to pitch in. I live a half an hour away from this location. About 2 weeks ago I bought some outfits for my baby…read more. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed there was a security tag on one of the shorts. Annoying but no big deal I was heading back that way the next weekend anyways. I take the outfit back in with the OG bag and receipt and explain what happened. They came off as incredibly suspicious of me even with the receipt but finally fixed it. While there I decided to grab a few things for myself. Also beware that they do not update sale signs in a timely fashion so I had quite a few items that were more than advertised. I asked the cashier to double check if all the security tags were removed and she just said it's fine and gave me my bag. Just went to use one of the shorts and lo and behold: a security tag. Both times this happened the door security did not go off. If you're going to put a security tag on every single item then you need to have staff trained to actually check and not treat you like a criminal when you have to go out of your way to fix their mistakes. Will not be back here again!

I was looking for the shirt that matched a pair of swim trunks he had recently purchased. I only saw one of the shirts on the rack so asked if they had any more in the back. Grace said they'd just gotten more in and hadn't had a chance to put them out but she could check in the back for me. They had the size I'd asked for, Yay! Grace provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the store. Before I made the purchase, I asked if she could double check his account to make sure I was buying the right size. She pulled up his account and verified that he had actually purchased a smaller size so she got the correct size for me. During checkout, she asked if I was a Passholder or DVC member and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that annual passholders receive a 10% discount at this location.
