I like this Marshalls, it's busy , but has a lot of gems hiding through the store. There's a lot of customers that frequent so things are flying off the shelves. It's not the best area, but it's safe and and the security is always walking around. I found a lot of recently stocked girls clothes that were cute and beauty/bath products and walked out of the store under $100. Can't do that at Target. read more

I found the ladies room absolutely disgusting. Both soap dispensers were not only empty, they didn't have the vessel that would hold the liquid hand soap. I approached two employees about to enter the staff area that is near the ladies room and informed them of the station. Knowing full well they were not gonna do anything about it. I told them I would be waiting for the soap replacement. Just as I predicted nothing happened. No one came to refill the soap dispensers. However, what did happen was just unforgivable. Female employees knowing full well that there were no liquid soaps went in and out of the bathroom without washing their hands!! I on the other hand asked for my companion to grab me a liquid soap pump from sale area near the bathroom. I opened it and washed my hands and left it at the sink for everyone else to use it after using the bathroom ! Absolutely unforgivable and disgusting! read more

I purchased a pair of jeans at a different Marshalls location. I took the jeans to the Ontario location to return and because the cashier failed to remove the sensor at the original time of purchase I was told by the manager (AJ), that although I provided MY RECEIPT for my purchase I would need to return the jeans to the store where they were purchased. He informed me that they may need to check the cameras because the sensor was on the clothing therefore he was not able to honor my return. What an inconvenience and I am extremely offended by his choice of words. I held back all frustration and kindly asked for the number to contact the corporate office. This incident occurred today and I am in disbelief at how I was treated. There are no promises that I will continue to support this establishment. read more

This is probably the worst experience I've had at Marshall's. I just moved to the area and was looking at some pillows. I decided not to keep them so I left them in the same section. I then hear someone yell at me, "REALLY?!" I turned around and saw an employee named Byron yelling at me because I didn't put the pillow back at the same spot. I told him I was indecisive and he said like I couldn't put it back where I found it. Okay, you don't have to be an asshole. I wasn't throwing or being destructive with the merchandise. He was straight rude and supposedly a manager. If you hate your job, don't take it out on customers. Asshole. read more

Selection was horrible. I'm used to the service being horrible and people being rude. Most the stuff I wanted to get, someone tried to steal so the packaging was done for. When I went they weren't crowded but they had a line for the dressing room. And the woman had an tude bout it. This is a very hit and miss store, even worse then other Marshall locations. I have found killer deals on odd items such as winter gloves, and button down shirts. But I have walked out of here more times then not empty handed. I refuse to make a special trip out to the mills just for Marshalls, but if I happen to be in the area and I have a good idea of what I need I will stop in. read more

No matter how many times I've been to this location inside Ontario Mills, random days, random times & over several years, my experience is 'meh' at best. This store (perhaps all Marshalls a bit) has gone downhill over the years. The merchandise quality and variety is never as good as other Marshalls locations. I found this glaringly obvious in the clothes department. Both men's' & women's, but more so with women's clothes . This specific location appears dirty, tired, old. While not know to have 'bad' employees, they aren't exactly known for their friendliness or helpfulness either. One of their employees, 'Melanie' made our experience that much worse! She needs customer service training in friendliness, helpfulness & professionalism. It must mostly be this location. Thinking of other locations, I have definitely encountered much more friendly & helpful employees. While I know they are related, I much more prefer TJ Maxx. The brand & stores appear fresh, new & clean. The merchandise quality and selection is almost always great & I have experienced super friendly & helpful employees at all TJ Maxx locations. (I love HomeGoods even more, but since their merchandise is different enough, I am not comparing them to TJ Maxx or Marshalls). read more

Have been to this store a few times and i can say all visits have been pleasant. Have always found great deals on items for my family just like on this last visit found shoes for myself and the kids the worker was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. One thing I've seen is the store does get more busier on the weekends especially been attached to the mall so their is more traffic but all you can do is bring your patience, beverage and your headphones to listen to some music while you shop. Will be back soon to do some more shopping and see what else me and the family can find. read more

Around 11:38 am today the young woman in the dressing room was extremely rude to me. She was busy gossiping so I left my dressing room number card on the counter . I left and as I was already in accessories she then decided to ask if I tried on the clothes. I said yes, she asked where my card was I told her that I put it on the counter. She told me that I had to come back so she can count them and I told her that I already went in front of her but she was too busy talking and not Paying attention. She rolled her eyes. And I kindly told her that she didn't have to be so rude if it's her job. I've never met someone so careless about a job before. Hopefully this location can improve on customer service or even hiring people who want to be there. read more

This review is for the store employees and management. My wife slipped and fell on some spilled food that had not been cleaned up. I went and told the manager and did not even get a hint of an apology. In fact he barely acknowledged I was there. Luckily, my wife did not get injured or they'd be staring down a barrel of a lawsuit. Extremely unprofessional people working there. Marshalls is a really cheap place to shop. With that said, you get what you pay for. Its really disappointing when your digging through the xxl rack and its a messy mix of medium and xl. Employees seem lazy and don't care. I observed a couple employees walking by and one kicked a shirt on the floor under the rack like hes a kid cleaning his room. Really sad. read more

first off i love marshalls and i will never stop doing so despite this very negetive experience i just had. They told me they close at 8:00 pm and the fitting room at 7:30 pm, which is very reasonable except that it was only 7:22 pm, i only had two shirts to quickly try on, but they told me the fitting room was closed. I understand no one wants to go home late but c'mon marshall. u can do better read more

I love Marshalls but I never seem to find any good deals at this location. Its location is within the Ontario Mills Outlets so I'd assume I could find some really great deals here but No. They have a very small selection of kids and mens shoes. They seemed to have a larger selection of shoes for women. Also I couldn't find many clothing items that were plus size. They have a large selection that is considered juniors and has lots of trendy cute items. There is no jewelry section like most other locations. Overall its a hit and miss to find a good deal. read more

This marshalls is located in Ontario Mills. I come in here just to look at the shoes but their selection isn't as good as some of the others I have seen even though very rarely they have a nice pair of shoes available. One of the reasons why I dislike this place is because it's so messy and they rarely have the sizes that I need. I look through the fragrances too and it's hard to find what you want because everything is scattered all over the place. I never ever see an employee so I can never get them to help me if I do need help. Just kind of a meh marshalls, I would recommend going elsewhere because there are other marshalls that are so much better. read more

This is a huge store for the amount of people that work there and they are always hard to find there isn't much but a hanging lanyard tag to identify them from. I believe I asked the manager a question once and she was really rude did not seem to be doing anything except talk to some of her employees, i dont know her name i think it started with a C? She did not seem to care about what i had to say much. I left completely empty handed and annoyed at the unprofessional expressed by the manager. I bought a sleep wear that comes in top and bottom in one. I only bought one piece realized I got charged twice after I got home.
