Located inside the Ontario Mills Mall, this Marshalls is one of the biggest I have seen. We just came in to browse around while blowing time before our flight home. It is located just minutes from the Ontario International Airport. We don't spend much time here as we didn't have much luggage space to make any major purchases. MIXED FEELINGS... I come here quite a bit, it's more of a window shopping store. I don't really find what I need here and everything is a bit thrown together so it makes is harder. Shoe selections are mainly tailored for women and the stock is kind of lacking. The line is super long here all the time and it seems like it takes forever to get to the check-out counter. I will say they had some good sport merchandise! Value is their for some things, I got a good deal on a quencher bottle and it works well for me! read more

December 9, 2024 Time: 21:48 PST. Manager Sarah L was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. They were unaware of their surroundings, you wear a "manager" name tag. One should lead by example and refrain from having inappropriate work conversations in front of customers. Sarah L (the manager) was joking about death alongside other topics that should not be discussed in a work public setting. Sarah was also aloof commenting and "joking" around to her colleague asking her, "why do you look so tired?" The other employee expressed how tired she was from working two jobs. Sarah L was not empathetic, they came off with a harassing attitude towards the other employee in the dressing room. This needs to be reported and investigated immediately. read more

My family and I came to this location which is usually really good to us with cute finds. Today however towards the end of our shopping here it turned bad, there is an employee named Amir G from what i saw in his tag that made a face towards my family while we were sharing what we found in front of a mirror. We decided to leave and buy the cute things we found and ended up in Amir G's register. He was very fast with service but it wasn't good customer service. My sister bought a mug and usually they put it in a bag securely or wrap it with some form of paper. Amir put it in a bag and then proceeded to place the bag onto the counter without care making the mug bang on the counter, it was really upsetting. My family and i don't feel good about this but oh well. Once we got to the car my sister checked the mug and there was a small chip there that was caused by him banging it on the counter, nothing that will make the cup leak but really shows the type of disappointing customer service. read more

I finally get someone to assist with cologne, I pick it up to see the price and this B comes on the radio telling the nice associate that I can't touch it. I'm standing right there. I get theft is an issue, but do you really think I'm going to make a mad dash to the door with something that cost $13? Get a clue!!! She must be used to getting away with it. I called district manager and I seen other concerned customers on here stating the same thing. I don't even think this Marshall's deserves 1 star!!!! The manager is the rudest person. She needs some training on how to interact with the customer, she acted like we are purchasing her personal items. She didn't even familiarize her self with the situation before acting out and being rude to a customer right away she just said no, and stated that a customer placed the wrong price on the shirt even tho it took 3 employee and there finger nails to pull up all 4 corners to get down to the price of 20 dollar that she said was the correct price. If there was ever a time for a manager to override it this was that's time. She not only embarrassed us around other customers but she also insinuated that someone changed the price and made us feel as if we did it!, she was loud and rude and very dismissive. I've been coming to this Marshall's since I was a little girl. I get most places are experiencing employee turnover, but I'm so disappointed in the employees they have now. My aunt worked at this location for years up until a few months ago. I'm a Hello Kitty Lover, & I come multiple times a week at opening and throughout the day to hunt for blankets and mugs. I know the employees aren't supposed to keep things on hold for themselves, but they do. I never find Anything and Always end up seeing the things I'm looking for on hold behind the register. It's so frustrating. For any of the Hello Kitty girlies & guys shopping just know that if you don't find anything it's because the employees take it all! Love this location inside the Mills and great customer service. This place is always a bit messy due to the amount of people that visit this store, but they are well stocked. I visited three Marshalls department stores three days in a row and I'd rank this one second place. They have a lot of great beauty products and clothes and high end bags and purses. The home section was lacking for me compared to the other two I visited. None the less, I'd start at Marshalls first to see if they have what I'm looking for before heading into the mall and paying full price for the same thing. I love Marshall's! This particular store is a bigger location, so sometimes they do struggle with keeping everything organized, I would say more so on high traffic weekends. They stay pretty stocked up but, most visits here they don't have a good variety of items in the baby section compared to other neighboring Marshall's or women's and children's shoes. Finding assistance in this store isn't always the easiest either. Unfortunately, today one of the workers, found it challenging to acknowledge and say excuse me on the few times we ran into each other during my visit. I just love coming to this Marshall's when we visit my boyfriend's family. This location is so big that in one trip we don't even see everything we want to see because there is just too much! They have a huge variety and definitely not the same things my local Marshall's in the valley offers. I always end up leaving with some great finds when I come here. Always such a great experience, too. The people who work here are nice and move pretty quickly since they always have a line when we go. Giving this place 3 stars is considered BIG for me, since I never really cared for Marshalls, but here & there, I can find name brand clothinog. I like that they carry Michael Kors clothing at a fairly good price...better than the dept stores & at the same time it's being carried at the dept stores, NOT months later. My boyfriend's gotten a few things here too & loves the name brand items you can get that are now knock-offs. I actually like coming in here occasionally! When the store first opened long ago, I acutally worked here for a couple of days to help hang up clothing, but then, I just never saw my name on the work schedule anymore & that was that I guess. That's the strangest way I've ever stopped working for a company! I think they must have had a deadline of when they were opening their store, so they "hired" a lot more people than they intended to keep on to do their "dirty work" of setting up, hanging the clothing, etc. read more

I'm giving the store 3 stars because it was organized and all around pretty clean. Plus the cashiers are usually friendly! They also always have a good selection of beauty products!! My only issue with this store is their clearance in the makeup/beauty area. I opened a lot of palettes and honestly I didn't understand why they discounted them instead of throwing them away, like they should have. They were pretty unsanitary; a fingermark or two isn't a big deal, since we can sanitize makeup. However, when they have open makeup with nothing covering what you're essentially going to put on your face, it's going to get dirt and dust and hair in it as well as other things. Plus some were just really beat up, and were literally trashed. Just throw it away, it's not worth saving! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. During my most recent visit, I encountered a manager who was verbally disciplining a very young female employee in the most unprofessional manner possible. As a result, I took my over $500 worth of business over to Norddtrom Rack where they know how to treat both employees and customers. I immediately made my dissatisfaction of that display known and suggested that this member of management is properly coached immediately. It didn't help that the employee he was publicly reprimanded appeared to be no more than 20 years old. I wonder how he would feel if somebody treated his child in that manner. I found out the manager's name is Byron. Hopefully, the store manager takes the necessary action to ensure that this guy is no longer a liability to the company. Let me start off by saying I have never wrote a bad review. I work in customer service and understand how ridiculous customers are. However, the older lady with the short fiery red hair (matches her fiery attitude lol) treated me like absolute crap. She talked to me like I was an idiot and acted like she was above me. A friend of mine even heard her be extremely rude to other customers as well. Like I said, I'm in customer service. I know people are ridiculous which causes us workers to have a bad day. But, to not even acknowledge that I was there, respond rudely to me, and talk to me like I am stupid is completely unacceptable. So yeah, maybe don't be in customer service if you can't handle it? I will have a few positive things to say about this store though. It's pretty organized, you can find cute things here, and the cashier at the front was awesome! read more
