They just didn't want to program my key. Claimmed to not have anybody to come out AFTER saying they wouldn't be able to do it just to cover their lazy azz. read more

I called around to several dealerships & locksmith stores to get a quote for a spare key for my vehicle. Marshall's had the best price in the area. Unfortunately when I called my key was not in stock but Denver advised me that he would call me when it was in stock. When he called I was able to go to the store and get a spare key made very quickly while I waited. Denver was able to save my key information in their system if I need another key in the future. Overall I had a great experience at Marshall's. Denver was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will def return for my future needs. read more

Hands down the best locksmith in town. Denver was able to help make a clone of a motorcycle key fob using an automotive key. Great prices and great service. read more

Great company! One of their folks, Jason West worked extremely hard to get a project done and to help me work though the logistics of fixing our issues in changing out , replacing, rekeying, and fixing all of our locks/ other problems which stimulated from a previous tenant who left zero keys. Jason worked extremely fast and even worked until Friday night at 7:30pm to get us right. Would highly recommend! Their staff at the office was also extremely helpful and fast with getting someone to us, even though it wasn't an emergency! Will definitely use them going forward. read more

Everything about working with this company was positive right from the first phone call. Their communication was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. It only took about 15 minutes for keys to be made for my door. The price was fair and the technician who came to my house was very nice and he tested the keys and made sure that I also tested them before he left. This company is thorough and they care about their customers. Their service was a perfect 10. read more

It's a rare treat to find a company like Marshall's. Unlike most fly-by-night locksmiths, this company has knowledgeable people who will take the time to explain things right. I was shopping for locks for my house, and Marshall's stood above the rest as the kind of company that wants to build long-term relationships with its customers. I absolutely, wholeheartedly and completely recommend Marshall's to anyone looking to purchase home or business security products and services. read more

A couple weeks ago I lost the key to my safe. The folks at Marshall's Locksmith came to the rescue! I worked with both Hunter and Jason who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price is outrageous!!! Do not use. They will over charge you just because they know you're in a bind. Asked the locksmith about the price and he said "should've gotten a quote on the phone" as he shrugged his shoulders at me. And I asked if he could help me out and he took 15$ off to make the price 150$ just to blow some air in the front door to pop it open. Took literally 60 seconds. Rip off!!!! read more

Great, friendly, and efficient service! I called to have a door lock secured and they were able to come out within an hour and were done in 30 minutes. 65 dollars for 2 keys? simple keys? No chips in the keys, nothing special? The dealership (honda team powersports) charges me 12 bucks a key! The only reason i did not go there this time is that they were out of key blanks for the type of key I needed. NEVER AGAIN! In there defence I should have asked for the price before I had them cut the keys. But I figured hey, how much more than a dealership can they charge! That was an expensive lesson. My 2 cents? Dont wast your time. Go to the dealer, or walmart, or anywhere. Avoid that place if you can! read more

I got a call yesterday evening from one of the owners of Marshall's. He was very apologetic about the recent experience I had with Marshall's and assured me that isn't the way they normally do business. He even offered to refund my money. I very much appreciate the way he handled/resolved the situation and would consider giving Marshall's another chance in the future when I need a locksmith. read more

Called Marshall's because I locked my keys in the bed of my Dodge Ram. I have a bed cover so I could not access my keys. They came out and unlocked the door but said they cannot unlock the bed claiming it's a different key system (even though my key unlocks both the door and the bed). So I still couldn't get to my keys. Nevertheless they still charged me $200!!! $200 for nothing as they did not resolve my problem. So I had to call a different (competent) locksmith to unlock the bed of my truck. Total garbage and I'm so mad about it. Definitely will not ever be calling them again. read more

I won't have keys made anywhere else. These folks cut the most accurate keys, and know the most about locks!

We bought a new house and they came and replaced some of the locks and rekeyed the rest. The Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will use them for all of my future locksmith needs. read more

I had to call Marshalls after hours to come help me get into my apartment. The fee to come out was a little steep however on a freezing cold Friday night at 11pm I had no issue paying it. Lucas was our technician and he was amazing. He got to our apartment fast and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get in extremely quickly and told us what he was doing and why. It made me certain I wasn't being "taken for a ride" to get more money out of me. Overall I had an amazing experience with Marshalls and Lucas. Would and will highly recommend read more

This locksmith company gets two thumbs up from me! My locksmith service provider Shawn was very prompt, courteous, and professional. I had five locks changed for my home. He was in and out in no time flat. He called me to tell me the exact time he would arrive and even called back to confirm he was in route and on the scheduled time table. Can't say enough good things about this company. Keep up the good work! read more
