The Leominster store use to have the nicest people and store managers there, but now Brittany and Amber are horrible neither one have people or management skills and treat the employees and customers terribly.... I have more than once heard them verbally abusing their employees!! read more

supervisors at the front are terrible and rude to their cashiers,it was disgusting to see one of them yell at one of the new cashiers,I think the name of the supervisor was Amber or Amanda not sure.Regular employees are very nice and helpful.I always find what I need there but avoid at all costs have the cashiers calling a supervisor because they really rude to cashiers and us customers and are not helpful at all.Treat better people that work for you Marshall's management and us customers,treat everyone equally. read more

I love Marshall's, TJ Max and Homegoods. They have the best prices for really nice things. Marshall's has a great shoe department. This Marshall's is also a lot bigger than TJ Max I often choose to go here first before anywhere else when shopping for really anything! Staff is typically friendly and it's well organized on most days. read more

Never take the phone protector from here. The box is always empty. They should check their inventory thoroughly.

Prices are good but selection is spotty. The shoes in particular never impress me. About half the time I will find the item I came looking for, but there are always other things to tempt me so it is easy to overspend. They do not limit the number of items in the fitting room, so again it is easy to try on too many things and buy too many things. In addition to clothing I have purchased home goods. The selection of those is better but also higher priced at their sister store Home Goods. Parking is fine and I have never found the area dangerous. It is on a main state road that is frequently patrolled. read more

Always love coming in to Marshalls it's ones of my favorite stores. I brought in items that I wanted to return from home in Virginia, I figured they will have different selections since each stores I go to in different locations do have different items and I love that. read more

I must first start by saying that I love TJX stores, I spend a bit of $ at their stores-probably 3-5 thousand yearly. However, I will never return anything again to this Leominster store-I was treated like I was a scammer and switched tickets: My first complaint is that I bought a Calvin Klein dress from their sale rounder and did not try it on-when home tried and didn't like it-the tag was off but I had my receipt-obviously this had been a previously returned item and they put on a Calvin Klein tag but SKU was for a grey dress. They will commonly retag an item from the same manufacturer if they cannot find the original info to let it process through their registers (I saw them do this at the Framingham store when I recently purchased an UA man's shirt and the ticket was made up for a completely different UA shirt-held my breath as I purchased this and thankfully did not need to be returned). This creates havoc for the customer trying to return an item-needless to say I was out the $-and made a fool as they insinuated I did not buy the dress there in front of a large line. Very humiliating and upsetting. Second offense: I bought a faux fur vest from the Framingham store and returned to Leominster-ticket attached and receipt in hand. The poorly tattooed employee (sorry folks) didn't think it came from Marshall's and questioned the looseness of the hole in the attached ticket. Said to her superior close by "I don't think we carry this"-again assuming I am a "senior-(old lady)" ticketing thief. I told her to call the Framingham store to verify their stock-she didn't do that but was far less than courteous to me for my suggestion. I did receive my refund for this item.
