I was coming here after work there was a lot of traffic. Yesterday i made it here there was a sale so I was shopping for a little while. When I made my way to the clearence isle I saw an older lady working but I minded my business and I was looking through the racks when I heard her say I shop too rough in a aggravated tone and started grabbing all the hangers around . I said It wasn't me. I thought was the end of it. I heard her say to the girl next to her It probably was her. I could not believe it I was just trying to shop and I was met with aggression. Only good thing to say was I found a nice dress on sale and the younger lady helped my grand daughter was kind and helpful found what she needed. read more

The traffic flow in this store is a disaster. The main alley is so crowded with store merchandise and the checkout lines collide with the inbound shopper flow. It's miserable if there's any volume of shoppers at all. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had an experience tonight at the Leominster Target that left me puzzled. I stopped in briefly with my mini dachshund, who was securely bagged up, and placed the bag in the front seat of the cart. Within two minutes, a staff member approached me and told me that the bag couldn't be in the front of the cart because it was "unsanitary," as that spot is for food. Here's where I'm confused: isn't that same spot designed for children to sit--kids who are often in diapers? How is that considered more sanitary than a dog safely enclosed in a bag? I didn't argue, and I carried the bag for the rest of my visit, but the reasoning didn't quite add up. If sanitation is really the concern, shouldn't we also reconsider allowing kids to use that spot as a seat? read more

It's Target. Just like every other Target. This one is located in this bizarre shopping center. Every store is in it's own building. There are roads everywhere. It's near impossible to find your way around without Waze. Hence removal of a few stars. read more

I had to run into Target to return a shirt that was too small & a cell phone charger device for the car that was broken. The great thing about returning to Target is if you don't have your receipt they can locate your purchase with the credit card you used. Carry more then one credit card?? Well they can check them for you as long as you have your card on you. The girl @ the return counter was very friendly & always smiling! This shows great pride in her job & that she enjoys where she works. I was happy to know even though I didn't have the box my cell phone charger device (the one that fights into a car cigarette lighter) came in I was still able to return it. Luckily they had them in stock too!!(bought mine in NV) & I was able to get a new one that is working. I recommend signing up for their Red card. It's linked to your bank account, no credit check required because its not a credit card. When ever you use it for your purchases you get 5% off your total & the money comes right out of your bank account. Love it!! read more

Target - Front of the store! - Department Stores Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

Retail at its poorest state. This used to be a very clean well stocked store, with sufficient staff to maintain good customer service. This is what gave Target an edge over their primary (and only) in person retail competitor. Target as a corporation obviously is more concerned about pushing other agendas now, and maintaining a good clean store has been moved aside. Now customers wait in long self checkout lines while multiple associates just stand there observing with vacant expressions on their faces. If there are any actual cashiers with registers open, the lines are long and unmoving. The store is no longer clean. The shelves are no longer neatly stocked. The associates are generally impolite and absent, and make no effort. I suppose pursuit of other agendas has rendered those basic tenets of good business secondary in importance? The adjoining Starbucks has a constant permeating spoiled dairy smell, that somehow embodies the direction Target has gone in over the last few years. Now I have no reason to choose Target over their competitor, but I do have a GREAT reason to choose their competitor over them. read more

This is a really nice Target! It is large, clean, never feels too crowded, and the employees are nice. There is also a Starbucks and a CVS Pharmacy inside. Groceries too! Went to the customer service desk with 2 no-receipt returns today and they were very helpful, even when they couldn't refund. It's also in a plaza with a lot of other stores and restaurants, so you can get a lot of errands done at once! read more

Showed up at 8:35am for the vulnerable guest hours. The woman at the door told me that I could not go in because this is the time for vulnerable guests. I politely told her that I have several medical conditions that put me in the high risk category. She still would not let me in because I didn't look like I'd be high risk. Speaking from a trip the other night. The staff at target are stellar!! Went with a friend of mine to purchase a crib for a friend of ours... Well needless to say we got side tracked and shopped an by the time we went to go check out it dawned on us we still needed to purchase the crib. The staff was very helpful and stay friendly after hours (we checked out right at closing. -_-) as we asked to purchase a crib. Crib purchased, fast forward to putting said crib in my car... Crib box + hatch back = no go. But the two guys that helped managed to fit the crib and all to piece and our purchase in my little car sans the box it came it. Adventurous trip for sure but the entire time we apologized for being "those customers" and they kept saying it wasn't a problem and were very pleasant. Kudos to you target employee that helped out that night. High five! read more

I live 35 minutes away abs I drove all the way here for Specific vitamins for my sister and they have them in stock just not on the floor. Says I can order then to go but couldn't find them. The co worker I had asked said it would take her "awhile" to find them if she went and looked. So I said if I order them right now through the app would you go look for them and she said she would. She did for like 7 min and said she couldn't find them that they had got mixed up somewhere in the back. First of all I worked in retail and when you get shipments in they get scanned in and put to a specific place for those departments. Fact is she didn't care she didn't try hard enough. And I had again repeated if I order them through the app right now you'd have to sell them to me. And she said yes. Lmao I'll never come to this location again. Train your employees correctly. Target is great. They typically have anything and everything you need. The biggest negative about this place is the prices on certain items. You can get great deals using Cartwheel and get gift cards for buying particular products but either way your spending more than if you go to Walmart. I believe you are technically paying for the crowd you see along with a better organizer/classy store. read more

My wife spent close to three hours with Tracphone tech support trying to set up her tracphone, she had purchased at the Leominster Target, they couldn't help her set the phone up told her it defective and she should return it. She brought it back to Target and within minutes a sales associate, Lou got her phone working, outstanding service and patience. read more

This is a great store. Very nice staff who are always willing to accommodate. Dropped my daughter's shoe, called, they easily found it, went back and easily got it. Little things like this make a difference as silly as that may seem. And to deal with such a wonderful employee at the same time speaks volumes. read more

Target store is fine. Staff is great. The review is about the Pizza Hut express. They literally NEVER have breadsticks, which is the only thing worth buying from a Pizza Hut Express. Even when I ask if I can wait, they always say "we don't have breadsticks at this time". The staff has always been polite and all that, but it's just become infuriating. I just want some damn breadsticks! Are the margins on breadsticks not worth it? Did they stop making them but don't want to tell people? It drives me nuts. Stock more breadsticks, or put a sign up saying you don't sell them anymore. The people demand answers lol read more

The customer service staff always appear to hate their own existences and want to make sure you know it when attempting a return. The floors are dirty and littered with discarded food and there are always an abundance of stray pubes stuck to the urinal in the men's room as if a hobo has been using the restroom for manscaping. read more

I've spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years and tonight I'm determined my credit card Will Not be gracing their store for a long, long time. A simple request to price match was honestly too much for them to handle. They couldn't find the same product on their tablet even though I kept handing them my phone with three or four stores showing a lower price. They just couldn't figure it out. Well organized and always has the snacks I need. Cashiers are always courteous and friendly, even when rushed. The store is well lit, which helps me read the labels better. I think that was the builders intention. Smells good in the aisles, like a clean smell. However, their bathrooms definitely don't have that smell and could use a good cleaning. read more

I was really disappointed to first bring home a bag that a nail polish opened up in the bag and ruined everything. After all these years of going to target yesterday I was accused of trying to stealing something. I was simply walking around the makeup section with my Starbucks and my makeup in one hand and I'm not going to lie it was a little up my sleeve due to the way I WAS HOLDING IT. A man confronts me about it and I told him I was simply holding it and he kept on telling me to take out the rest of the makeup from up my sleeve but I was only holding that one product! The man walks away and comes up to me again claiming that he got me on video grabbing something off the shelf where I have never touched!!! He repeatedly kept yelling at me asking me to take out the rest of the makeup and where did I leave it. When I really did not pick up anything else other than that one product in my hand! I told him I gave him permission to search me if he really did believe I stole something. But he refused to search me. I was humiliated and shocked due to the way he handled the situation which I should've involved the authorities but I was in shock that he was lying saying that he saw me pick up something on camera from that one shelf that I never touched! read more

Ever since I had a problem with a cashier at this Target location, I have not set foot in ANY Target locations in 6 years. Earlier today I went over to the Electronics Department to speak with a representative from Consumer Cellular. The "young pup" with whom I spoke with, looked in a drawer for a schedule and said that he did not know when someone would be coming in. He then stated that they come in sometimes at 10am or 11am. I then went to guest services to speak with a manager, and got absolutely nowhere. He stated "I cannot help you with Consumer Cellular due to the fact of being a separate business.
