Once again I have to work around their schedule and it's an inconvenience.

I couldn't even believe the price I paid for a measly half yard of stone dust and 1 yard of hardpack... costed me almost $200.... If I were to get the same materials in Ludlow or Chicopee I would of paid $60-$80 for both total - I know this because I get materials from Ondrick or Haluch on almost a daily basis.... absolutely atrocious prices. By the time it was all said and done and we finished the project we were hired to do we paid probably $350-400 for materials that I would of paid a quarter of - or half that - anywhere else.

We had not used her before but we had Been in her store. We brought our golden in for her appointment with some reservations and anxiety. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff members. After speaking with an employee for a brief period Megan, the owner, greeted us. She went over everything with me and was quite attentive to our golden who truly believes it is all about her. I felt more comfortable leaving her after the interaction I had with Megan and employees. When I received a text that she was done I went into the shop to see our dog looking totally beautiful. She was behind the counter with Megan with a toy in her mouth, imagine that. Megan went over everything and I was pleasantly surprised as the price was less than expected. I believe we have a new groomer. Thank you Megan and everyone else. It is obvious you love what you do. My advice if you are interested is to check them out, you will definitely be pleased. They also have several mobile grooming vans. Rating is 5stars only because there are not more.

I went in to find a replacement for a water heater tank temperature control that had accidentally…read moregotten shorted out on our new tank due to an accident (user error). It turns out that they rarely fail and it isn't normally a stock item by itself. Nevertheless, they took one that was bundled with a tank kit they had in stock and reordered the part so that they could sell it to me one that day. The person at the counter also explained some wiring differences between the new part and the one I brought in to show them. He brought out a furnace controller they had in stock so that he could point out exactly where this replacement would need to draw its power; since the replacement needed an external power supply and the original did not. Before they sold me this $70 part, they had made a phone call to a distributor and talked with a few of the trades people who were in getting parts for their own jobs that day, since the part I brought in was in some ways non-standard, and they wanted to be sure that I would succeed when I put the replacement in. The information they got and gave me was exactly what I needed and I succeeded with it. A very friendly collaborative atmosphere and excellent customer service, for a guy who just came in needing to but one inexpensive thing to make a homeowner repair.
