So he messages Walmart and they sent him a code and told him to go to the store to get a refund . So we went . We can't believe how incredibly rude these older ladies were to him ! They refused to give him a refund citing policy and piracy laws. Basically accusing him of being a criminal . They were so rude and nasty to him . And said no refunds bc it was opened . How can anyone know it's damaged until it's opened ???? So ,he threw 50 dollars down the toilet bc they sent damaged disc ! This is so unjust and really they stole money when he had no useable product ! . Our family does A LOT OF BUSINESS at the orange ma Walmart . ! SHAME ON YOU !

I hate the supers stores, they're huge, crowded, parking is ridiculous and it takes so long to just go in, buy a couple things & get out. If you need groceries that bad there's a Hannaford's Supermarket 4 minutes down the road, right off 2A (Walmart is also on 2A) in with the Dunkin Donuts and Speedy Oil Change. I nearly cried when they changed the Walmart in Gardner to a superstore. The aisles all got very narrow & tight and boxes of cereal and generic cookies jammed the shelves where you used to be able to easily wheel your cart around & you suddenly had to go on a scavenger hunt for the items you used to buy on a regular basis & knew just where they were. They've expanded the store now (thankfully) so there's more floor space but still, I don't need to buy my motor oil and a jar of jalepenos all in the same huge rambling warehouse of a building. I much prefer the regular Walmarts and it's getting harder and harder to find one, this one in Orange is most refreshing.

My very thoughtful friend bought me a gift card to Tractor Supply in Orange, MA as a Christmas…read moregift. So I went there and tried to buy something with it. The employee at the register scratched off the back for me to read the number. He scratched so hard that a couple of the numbers weren't readable and so the gift card couldn't be redeemed. None of this was my fault, but the rude manager lady who came up to try and help this kid said I'm out of luck. I said none of this was my fault and they needed to let me have the merchandise after taking the money from my friend who bought me the gift card. She refused. Rudely. Then her manager, Mike came to the register and he said no as well. What a waste of money for my friend who was just trying to do something nice for me. That store sucks. I always have a bad experience there. I'm never shopping there again. If you're the farming type and live near Orange, MA, I highly recommend Greenfield Farmers Cooperative Exchange. Their selection is much bigger and their prices are WAY lower.

The Brattleboro Outlet Center is one of my favorite places to shop in the area. They have a great…read moreselection of factory outlet stores for both men and women, and the prices are reasonable. My favorite stores in this center are Van Huesen and the Bass Shoe Outlet. Every time I stop here I leave with bags of merchandise. The building itself is unique with its rustic barn ambiance, and overall the place is kept extremely clean. The bathrooms are industrial but clean, and there is ample parking around the stores. The Outlet Center is also conveniently located off Exit 1, but sometimes getting back on the highway can be a pain if it is during rush hour traffic. Overall this is a great Outlet Center with great stores and deals. It would be nice to see the center continue to have these great stores and possibly expand to other brands in the future.
