When I realized what had happened I panicked and a clerk in the toy dept. noticed me. A younger woman named SANDRA came to my rescue. She had found my cart and turned my pocketbook in at the front desk. I immediately thanked her and tried and tried to compensate her. Being the very honest person she is , she refused to accept anything. She stated she would just want someone to return hers if it happened to her. Your company should be so proud to employ such an honest, caring person. I will never forget Sandra and the great personalitiy she displayed that day.

I returned the next morning to load up the mattress and the sales associate from the day before went to retrieve it. He comes back distressed and informs me that the night associate had sold the matress!! Crazy. Likely not even legal as I had paid in full for it. But, not the end of the world. I ask to switch it out with a different mattress or some similar compromise. The manager would barely speak to me. Simply stated that had no other mattresses in that price and he could do nothing for me but return my money. The sales associate I dealt with was great. I feel bad he works for an awful company. But the manager I dealt with was awful and the night sales associate needed to go!

They let you take your time and give you space to consider all the MANY options. When you tell them what you are looking for, they show you all they have in that category and leave you to think about it until you need them. They know their business. This new home decor store located in the old Final Markdown store seems like an amazing shop on paper, but after walking through the store we very quickly changed our minds. The concept behind the store is great, a rustic inspired shop with a ton of nice decor items. First flaw, everything is overpriced. From the small knickknacks to the larger signs, everything is too expensive. You can find similar items at the Yankee Candle across the street for a few dollars less. Second flaw, the store is a complete mess. If you are going to open up a shop then organize the store before opening your doors. If you are in transition, then at least greet your guests and apologize for the appearance of your store. Third flaw, I alluded to it in the second comment, but the staff here was absent. We wandered past the counter and random employees at least four times and not one staff member acknowledged us. Actually, none of the other customers were acknowledged either. Final flaw, they closed the customer bathrooms here. I know this is a small issue, but if I have to climb over boxes to look at your items then at least have an operational bathroom. That all being said, I will give this store the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the organization of the store (it's fairly new), but lack of customer service is not acceptable especially as a new business.
