I love Marshalls, so when I see one, I always pop in. We came here when we were in the area. They have a huge parking lot and we found parking right by the entrance. The store has carts right by the entrance but a few were janky. I wish they would invest in getting new ones. The store was bright and well lite. It was stuffed to the gills with goodies. I found this location to be more organizer than my local Marshall's so it was very easy to find anything and had more sales item than what we normally find. I always love going to a Marshall's store. This one is all the way to a corner but convenient parking area makes it easy and pleasurable to shop. The place is clean and organized. I've been here many times in the past even though I have other Marshalls closer to where I live. The people are nice and friendly. If you can go to another location ... do it. There's is a much better location on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. The parking isn't fun but the customer service is much better. I came over to this Marshalls to see if they had a specific hand cream, which they didn't but I still felt the urge to try something new. For the most part the prices are pretty good and you're able to walk out with a bargain. But there are some exceptions ... like I saw tonight. While checking out the clearance section I saw some great sales but a few items I didn't think were 'clearance prices'. If an item's regular price is $24, I don't think $20 should be a clearance price. Doesn't really makes sense to me. That's a sale price, not a clearance price. The reason for the 1 star is the customer service or the lack of good customer service at this location. I got on line with 3 people ahead of me and while waiting on line 8 customers ended up behind me. Why was I still on line 18 mins later? It turns out there was 3 registers (#2, #3 and # I don't remember) opened and while one register was taking customers, the other register was checking out employees ... one of them being the employee working behind register #3. WHAT is wrong with this picture?!? I understand that employees are people too and they're entitled to shop but when there is a line of over 8 shoppers ready to check out - sorry, but workers can wait. One of my first jobs was in retail and we were always told to keep the line moving. When employees wanted to make a purchase and there were lines, you made your purchase after the store closed to the public. The two ladies who were making purchases knew they were in the wrong because they kept looking at the number of people on line. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Yes it's disorganized, yes it's a mess but they have EVERYTHING!! I mean literally everything. People prior to me said there was a line but I didn't see any line, most likely because I went on a weekday at around 5pm, which I suggest you do too! They have everything from pots and pans to dog beds at discounted prices. I took pictures of some of the things I bought, they are all great. Cashiers are very nice and despite the disorganization of the store I find that they literally have everything you will need. Omg, when I saw the picture I thought it was mine and then I realized it was somebody else's posted picture of that restroom. It's really disgusting. They have one restroom for both sexes. It doesn't look like anyone ever cleans it because every time I go in there it looks pretty much like that and as you can see by the other reviewers photo I'm not the only one. I shopped here yesterday for a funeral. There are NO DRESSES. But the main issue I had was when I returned the items I originally purchased. I waited online for WAY TOO LONG because the associate Virginia G decided it was a good time (with a long line a customers) to rearrange the shopping carts. Then once she returned to her cash wrap, she asked her coworker to ring her up some things. Then she called me up to cashier one. I went up to one. Then she CONTINUED to chat with her fellow associate about the items she was buying herself. With annoyance for my presence. I will never return to this location. I'm offended. read more

I bought a pair of boots at Marshalls in Jericho, New York. It turned out the boots were completely horrible. They leaked and my feet were saturated with water after a short time. I tried to take back the item and I was told by the representative that the receipt doesn't match the item I bought. That was not true. Marshalls just revealed themselves to be a company of liars. They denied my return on an absolute lie. I am very sorry I ever gave them my business. Unless you want to get ripped off, don't shop at Marshall's. If you buy something there, they will simply claim the item you're taking back doesn't match the receipt. This is con artistry. read more

I dunno... something about this place is annoys me... Maybe it's the constant line that you have to wait for whatever purchase you want to make, and that line that just goes NO WHERE. Maybe it's the slowest cashiers I have ever seen in my life, or maybe that just about every manager/employee has a chip on their shoulder. I go to this location often enough, there have been 2 times that I can recall that I saw something at lunchtime, and because of the lines of doom I had to HIDE the items and come back after work!! This Marshall's has always been my go to for shoes and misc items (like thigh socks, tanks, clutches). This Marshall's has more of a thift-shoppy feel to it, but the items aren't used, they've just been tried on a couple times. Every time I come here, I find something I love. Unfortunately, the manager here is a crazyperson: on a few occasions she hasn't let me purchase items with no tags, even if there was another in a different size that had the price tag on it. read more

As others have mentioned, this is a typical Marshalls where you have to bargain hunt. I'm not sure if any branch of Marshalls can really get beyond a 4 star on Yelp due to their model. Nonetheless, it is generally well organized (good sections, good sizing) and not a complete mess that cheap stores can often become. I go here to find bargains for birthday gifts. read more

Very similar to the Marshall's on 110 in Huntington. Large selection of Men's clothes but sometimes concentrated in a few sizes like 32 and 36 for pants. Less of a selection for larger sizes but the prices make it worth searching through the racks. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrible here. I was recently in a terrible car accident. I haven't been able to use either of my hands because I have burns on my left hand, and my right hand is completely broken, in a sling. I'm supposed to be going on vacation in a week and I needed a few sundresses that I could easily wear and be comfortable in after my brace comes off. My husband came to shop with me to help me try things on. When I got to the associate at the dressing room, I told her that I needed to use the handicap stall because my husband has to help me as I've been injured in a car accident. She told me that that's unacceptable because only ladies are allowed back there. I said it would just be for five minutes, and we would be in the handicap stall which is right by the door. I explained to her that it's very difficult for me to dress myself, and she proceeded to tell me; "ladies only." So, by myself I went back there to try on the clothing and I further injured myself being that I had no help. Trying on three dresses took me 40 minutes. When I eventually left the dressing room I forgot to bring the number that they give you to put on the door for how many items you have, so when I came out of the dressing room crying and tired, all she had to say to me was; "the number? where is the number I gave you?" I said it's back in the room. With my arms covered by the dresses, she told me that I had to go back and get it for her. I'm literally never returning to this Marshall's again just for the sheer fact that no one can have a little bit of compassion for someone when they're injured. read more
