They're definitely understaffed I've been here and have had the staff look at me funny when I leave and don't purchase anything bc it's not in stock. Which happens a lot unfortunately. They assume you're stealing. The staff literally eyes you as if you're a thief. I was approached by a staff member on 10/06/2026. I came in with my own bag which I had tied and my receipt from another store where I had purchased a bag of chips from. The women followed me and harassing me asking what I had I notified her it was prior purchase from another store beforehand. And she kept invading personal space acting as if I was a delinquent. I felt she was hostile towards me intimidating me I showed her the receipt and proof of purchase I told her she should have checked the cameras before falsely accusing me of theft. She was a Hispanic lady tan/brown. I know as a retail worker she definitely broke the rules. And making false claims defaming me. I will be taking this up with the higher ups and calling the store tomorrow. I am so disappointed in my experience in this store. And the kind of staff members that are working here. Looking to make a formal complaint.

I originally walked in with the intentions of purchasing a Ollie's gift card, butter cookies and the $5 advertised Children games. I did purchase the gift card but unfortunately the butter cookies were out of stock and the floor team could not locate the $5 games.
