For 1, the woman greeted me, she took care with my items, pushing everything down the conveyor belt, and wrapping my meat in plastic. I was absolute amazed! Then as she handed me the receipt she let me know I have a coupon & when it expires, and offered a farewell. This may seem trivial, but actually it's not, and makes the experience stand head & shoulders above the rest. Wish I would've gotten her name.

Leo, and his son Greg, along with a very helpful staff, own and operate a real 7 days a week neighborhood discount store that is a step above the 99 cent stores in quality but competitive with them in price. From $1 vitamin water to deals on cereal, pasta, health and beauty care products, greeting cards, school supplies, small appliances to toys, Discount Plus is the place just about everyone goes in the neighborhood. I think it is that small town touch of knowing their customers names that really makes the store special. So if you want to save money and need something for your house or apartment, definitely think Discount Plus!

Then go directly to the boxes near the store's exit. The trick is to shut the kiddie seat and then scan 3 boxes as soon as you come in - two the long way and then one boc perpendicular to the two. Then shop, scan and put it in the box. After you moderately fill the 3 boxes (so you don't strain yourself putting it in your car after you leave) go back and get 3 more boxes to put on top of the bottom 3. After you finish shopping go to the weighing stations to the left of the cashiers, scan your cart and then the scanning cart to the right of the scale. There will be a ding and a green sign above the sccale - then move to the screens straight ahead and scan the screen. You are done. Now return the laser to the box and just pay with your credit card.

I…read morewas at the register right in front of exit. there was a 90 year old man in front of me. his groceries went the right side. mine went to the left. he was a bit slow, I understandably. (he should be well and live independently until 120!). the cashier wouldn't lift a finger to help either of us pack even though line was huge. She handed me the receipt while 300 dollars of groceries was on the refister waiting to be packee. I put the receipt in one of the bags. I was in front of the cashier and the exit. She wouldn't let me leave without the receipt. Like hell was I going to go empty 20 Bags to find the receipt! When to customer service. She apologized and escorted me to the register. She had the cashier print out another receipt and let me go. what a terrible experience. If the line is out the door the cashier can lift a finger to help pack!!!! Shame on her and shame on bingo !!!!
