Downstairs looked like a really dingy Ross/TJ Maxx close out store from the suburbs (from the not-so-great parts of town) with EVERYTHING being $5.99. I saw a lot of k-mart, target type brands. Nothing extremely fashionable, but ok if you're looking for a few staple wardrobe items (I.e. shorts, t-shirts, children's clothing). The best deals were probably the coats/jackets which are a steal at $5.99, but very hard to want to shop for IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. Bought a lot of wedding stuff here in the past like beautiful $2.50 frames and mesh slippers for guests which was a deal compared to other stores in manhattan. They also have random odds and ends such as curtain rods, kitchen and bath supplies and furniture.
