They also have housewares, snacks, cheap casual clothes (like leggings, pajamas, underwear, socks, etc...) and lots of household stuff. I wouldn't look for nice outfits or dress clothes here, but what they have is great for casual wear. If I lived here I'd be here a lot! I got 6 t-shirts, a pair of pajama pants and luggage tags for my daughter for under $40! At the airport I would have paid a lot more. Made me happy!

I explained that the dress is $7.99, so I paid and then went to get the other dress to prove it. The cashier went over to the rack and came back with OTHER dresses and then said she "knows how much each clothes are" and said these are "$7.99, not yours". I told her it says that price and she said no. Overall, felt like I was lied, next time I will definitely check the prices. I definitely didn't think the same dresses will have different prices and then have that cashier pretty much say, she knows all the prices even though it says differently. This place is a scam! I wonder how much will it be if I grabbed the $7.99 dress? I don't mind the extra $2, but this is not how business is done. Get yourself together!

Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she insisted on a new bill. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. The store was a discount store but never had anything out of place, they were always friendly and courteous and eager to assist. This location opened up last month and it's much better. Still heat, still friendly, but much larger and bright. Still with great pricing. Hopefully the community welcomes them back with open arms, like I did. It was crowded, so I believe so.
