    I found a serving dish that I loved however it was the last one and had a chip at the bottom. I figured they'd reduce the price or give some type of discount because that would be the fair thing to do as I'm purchasing a broken product and there are no more left however the manager stated there was nothing wrong with it, when clearly it was chipped. I don't normally complain however I thought this was just awful service. The woman who rung me up however was very sweet and agreed that something should have been taken off of the price.

    This is definitely my favorite Homegoods in the area. There is a Home Sense and another Homegoods by the mall but I like this Homegoods better when I'm shopping for everyday household items. The parking is also usually much better at this location. The other stores in the plaza are low profile store that don't really draw too much of a crowd. This location always has a lot of inventory especially furniture. It's usually pretty crowded on the weekends especially during the holidays. I have purchased MANY items here and they have a 3rd party company that does deliveries for them so you don't have to worry about transporting this large bulky items if you don't have the capacity to do so.

    As Home Goods go, this is one of the most organized location in the surrounding area. The selections is of a higher quality as well. I always find unique and deeply discounted household items at this location. They have rugs, chairs, hampers, toys, dishes, pet items, linen, lamps, bric n brac, kitchen utensils, exotic cooking oils, coffee and other snacks and so much more. There's more than enough staff to help you should you need it. While the lines can be long at times, they move pretty fast. Keep an eye out for their red tag discounted items!

    I love this Home Goods. In the past I've gone to the Flatbush location in Bk and while they have a large selection it's not the largest store. This location is much larger and from the minute you enter you can tell they make a concerted effort to keep the sales floor clean, as organized as possible and well staffed. Usually the pillow isles is trashed in most stores with this store they've managed to keep color stories together so it's easy for you to find patterns to work together. They have tons of bed, bath and kitchen accessories. Def one of my favorite locations.

    I practically live here! This particular Home Goods always gets the greatest furniture and knick - knacks. I also love the ever growing assortment of high end towels. The staff are very nice as well. I do find that sometimes they do not have enough cashier's stations open, and you have a bit of a wait to pay for your purchases, and the store tends to be a dash too warm for my liking. That said, this is my neighborhood Home Goods and I was thrilled when it first opened up ...and the thrills continue! My most recent visit I purchased a gorgeous 3 ft sitting Buddha, and new guest bath towels. It also has a decent sized parking lot which houses a great pizzeria / restaurant, wine store and Rite Aid -- parking usually is not a problem. There really is not much more that can be said. If you need something for your home or for a home warming gift ...go here!

    I love this location in Rockville Center. First off, the store is extremely organized. Granted I went in the summer, and not during the holidays, I was still impressed. The staff was attentive and helpful. Plenty of people to ask questions and to help you with things. The store is fairly large compared to other locations I've gone to. I came in search of pretty smelling things. Hand soaps, handwash, draw liners, etc. Upon finding that aisle I stayed there about 15 minutes just looking and smelling everything. What a wide selection of products. I browsed the other sections and saw many more things I was interested in. From the chairs, to hampers, and wall decor I was looking around in amazement. I really love this store. The only drawback was the wait on line. (The cashier managed to let someone leave the store without signing the credit card receipt and had to track them down to pay. I didn't want the poor man to lose his job so I quietly and patiently waited for him to return. He literally bolted out of the store.) I will DEFINITELY be back to this HomeGoods location!

While I waited for Mark to write up the receipt, I decided to read google reviews about the store on my phone. First thing that popped up was Mark's picture accusing him of being a scammer. Great time for my daughter and I to walk out right. But no we didn't, I really wanted the furniture. I showed Mark the picture of him on yelp and he told me if the furniture is not perfect it will be free and he gave me free delivery. He wrote this across the receipt. More red flags, the receipt is handwritten and doesn't give much description of the item being purchased. I told him to write more details on the receipt. I told my daughter to take pictures of the items that we were purchasing. He told us he would deliver the furniture the latest on that Friday,5/19/23. On Thursday, I called him and he told me it would be delivered on Monday5/22/23. I asked for the time, he said he would call me on Monday to tell me. On Monday, My daughter waited all day for the furniture. I was then told between 3-6pm. At 6;02, I called and was told it was on the truck and there is no ETA. The furniture came at 7:30 pm. The table and chairs were completely wrong and came in a box, very cheap wood tables and chairs that look like they came from walmart. I paid 2500 for a dining table and that was not it. The fireplace had a crack on the side. I told the delivery man, it's the wrong tables and chairs and he wrapped it up and put it on the truck. I wanted them to take the fireplace, but they drove off. My daughter looked at her pictures and the same crack that we saw on the fireplace was the exact crack in the picture. I was given the fireplace that was displayed in the store. This is deceptive, I paid 1600 dollars for a new fireplace, not a used one. The next day I called Mark and he immediately said my furniture was on the truck and should be at my house in an hour and he would repair the fireplace. Still giving him the benefit of the doubt. I called my son to expect a delivery. Three hours later, Mark calls me and asks how I like the furniture. I told him I wasn't home but I would contact my son. I called my son and he told me there was no delivery. I immediately called Mark back and told him this and he said he will get back to me. He called me back and said he got into an argument with the delivery man, and he will send someone else to deliver my tables and chairs. (What is going on here). At 8pm Mark calls me, the delivery man can't find my house. My address is not coming up in his GPS. (never had this problem before). I gave him a cross street. He calls me again , he can't find my house. I look outside and see a plain white van at the corner, not a Leonardo truck. The delivery man had a bit of an attitude, I had one too, it's late. He brought in the table. It was the right table so I was happy about that. The driver and his helper began putting the chairs together outside, it was a little dark outside. My daughter and I immediately saw it was the wrong color. We asked them to bring one in the house so we could see it in the light. It was dirty used chairs, not what we picked out in the store. They called Mark, because they didn't want to take the chairs back. Mark said our chairs are on the other truck and will be delivered on Friday, at this point I'm done being patient. My daughter got on the phone and reminded Mark of what he wrote on the receipt, and he said we will not be getting a refund. I was out 4,000 dollars, had a chipped used fireplace and a used table with no chairs. Two days later, a knock on my door at 7:30, leonardo 'truck outside for a 3 rd time to deliver the chairs. At this point take all the furniture back. They called the owner and the owner was nice at first but when I said i don't want the chairs and no longer trust the company, the tone of his voice changed. It's not over yet because I'm going to fight for my hard-earned money, but in the meantime don't be dumb like me.

Also sustainable They are experts in their field. Yien has a background in textiles and fashion and Leon is an amazing furniture designer and carpenter. They have what you need to finish, and always are full of experience / knowledge of the interior design field. Absolute pleasure to work with. They also work with a budget which is useful if you're doing a hospitality project or have a whole house to fill with curtains, shades, upholstery.

The shop owners were very helpful, sent us pics as they were being made and shipped promptly to our home. A month later when had more pillow needs we knew just where to go. The second set are the cherry blossom pillows. These were sent with a hand written note. If you are truly looking for something hand made of high quality check this store out.

    Ordered a mattress and box spring and when it arrived on July 19, it was clear that the box spring…read morewas not needed and the delivery crew loaded it back on the truck. The box springs was even taken out of the original plastic wrap. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the credit to my AMEX for the box spring to appear. By July 24, the credit ($271.87) was not on my AMEX nor was it in their system. On July 24 I spoke to the store manager, Sanjay, where I bought the merchandise he indicated it should appear soon. On August 3, there was no credit to my AMEX account and in speaking with the store manager again, he indicated that there was nothing he could do and that it was something that "corporate" needed to address. He gave me a case number and indicated that "corporate" would be in touch within me in 48 hours. As of Aug. 6, I had not been contacted so I phoned the local store again. I spoke with the person who sold me the mattress, Daniel, who indicated he would look into it. Later that morning, I spoke with him and at that time he noted that I should see the credit by next Friday, August 15, about 20 days after I had the box spring returned. This should be simple credit transaction not requiring multiple follow-ups and resolving the matter as promised (i.e. in 3-5 business days). I phoned the customer service number on August 6 to check on the status of the credit but, the prompts would not allow me to do so. And I was unable to speak with a person to resolve the matter. Similarly, the live chat online feature could not provide any information on the status of my case and the related credit. It's 2025! We can order items online, receive them the same day and if needed return them through a smooth process (e.g. Amazon) with no customer friction. Mattress Firm and its parent company are negligent in resolving a simple crediting of funds. Perhaps they are just taking the "float" on the credit amount which I suspect is quite large when you add up all the refunds. Whatever the reason, I won't be shopping there again and I would urge others to strongly consider other options for purchasing a mattress.

Tried one and thought I liked it. Once it delivered I soon realized it wasn't the right choice after some nights. Was trying to get them to replace the one I just bought and flat out telling them I'd pay more for a different mattress. They refused due to their new policy they made a week before I went, saying I had to wait 21 days for an exchange. I have gone 2 weeks now and my sleep has worsened as well as increased body aches. I decided to buy a new mattress somewhere else and I never plan to buy from this company again
