Express has separated into two stores now. The one on the first floor is women's clothes, and the one on the second floor is just for the men. While I think this is a great idea because they can carry more styles that I've seen in bigger Express stores (such as the one in Lake Success or Douglaston), they did not improve on the dressing room situation.
They have a larger dressing room in the back and then four rooms situated oddly in the middle of the store. Once you see those two dressing rooms you don't realize about the bigger one in the back. The sales associate also needs to bring you into the center rooms, however, if someone sees you waiting outside a room because the sales associate brought you there, they will hop on line behind you. However, this causes a problem as the sales associate doesn't know and they have a mapped out system of how many people they take to the centered rooms. With their renovation they should have put more thought into making one giant waiting room.
Their clothes are the same and the sales associates are nice and it's definitely a benefit that they have ear pieces so they are all on the same page. read more
