The shelves were neat and well organized. All of the items that I needed were in stock. I grabbed some cleaning supplies for the house and I also went to look around in the ladies clothing department. I saw a couple of nightshirts that I liked and I went to try them on so I could decide on one of them. The fitting room seemed very well maintained. Once I tried on both nightshirts they both fit well and looked so great that I couldn't make up my mind which of them to take home with me. So since the prices on them were reasonable I ended up purchasing both of them. The employees in the store were all a pleasure to deal with including the fitting room attendant, the staff working the sales floor and the cashier who rang up my items. The store was clean and tidy including the sales floor, the checkout area and the restrooms. The parking lot was also well kept up. I enjoyed shopping at this location.

Had a fiasco with an online order of a Nintendo Switch for pick-up here that went through and then…read moregot canceled because they were "sold out"... but then when I looked on the website to find another place that still had some, this store popped up as having the Switch in-stock. Huh?! I got the runaround on the phone, but when I arrived to the store and waited in the order pick-up line, I had the extreme fortune of having Chris help me out. He scoured the whole electronics department and stockroom for me, gave me a gift card for my trouble, and then set a console aside for me from the shipment the next day so I could pick it up. He didn't have to do any of that, he could have just told me I was out of luck and to try again somewhere else. I've rarely gotten this level of customer service anywhere, much less at a Target, during a pandemic!

Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

I just remember growing up, we used to go apple picking down the street and we'd always stop by afterwards for some Chick-fil-A. The Chick-fil-A in Northshore Mall was one of the only locations that Massachusetts had at that point in time (I believe?) or at least the only one I had visited as a kid because the ones near me had not arrived yet. Northshore Mall is the only mall in MA to have a JCPenney now. Still a pretty lively & busy mall when I last visited about a week ago! As I walked through the mall, it felt a bit dated compared to the other malls (Natick, Burlington, etc). Very early 2000s kind of vibe with a mix of some popular stores you'd find at most shopping malls, along with a couple small businesses... they've even got a barber shop in here! Overall, I find that not much has changed at Northshore. Seems like an okay mall for quick, casual shopping. Nordstroms will be gone soon and replaced with a Dick's Sporting Goods. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here, however, it was still nice to visit!

First, contrary to written policy, the manager said that I had to have the original tag (on a belt) and then said that they could not look up my purchases using my card history. Of course she was able to do so at my insistence, and then told me that it was not returnable due to not making the 120 day deadline. She was abusive to me, rude, and not looking to solve the problem. I called Capital One and voided the card, but you will never find me at Kohl's again after this unpleasant experience. If she had not lied to me and been so rude, I would have been happy to just purchase another belt. However, I will never be treated this way again.

All of the counters for all of the various beauty brands were attractively set up and well organized. On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. I also saw an eyeshadow that looked good so I decided to buy that along with the couple of skincare items that I was purchasing. The beauty department was running a sale for 15% off their beauty products so I got a pretty decent deal on my items. The saleslady who waited on me was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. I am happy with my products and I would definitely consider shopping at this location again.

Seriously if they weren't tiding up the store ( which had perfectly folded clothes throughout the store), they were greeting customers. I had the pleasure of being assisted by BEN ! He was friendly, informative, helpful and polite. He assisted me with the questions I had and represented Lululemon well ! In a lot of stores you just wonder about and if you have a question, good luck finding someone to help ! This was not the case. Ben was extremely helpful and he wasn't annoyed with my question. Thank you Ben . You deserve it. I hope you are appreciated for your manners, kindness and might I add , style ! Lululemon is pricey but it is also quality clothing.
