We took the display to AS IS and was helped by MATT, very nice and very helpful told us that he needed to find someone in The area we found it to get approved or a paper to say to sell it as display. We went back and truly looked for ANY EMPLOYEE ON THE FLOOR AND LOOKED AND LOOKED! Finally we found someone who said he would contact someone and after several minutes this young Dark Hair Gentleman who I found out later was known to Matt in AS IS! Well that employee was very unhelpful even condescending by pointing to the Skew saying that's the price but we said there is no other and this was display like he did not want to hear that! Again he used his finger and pointed and touched the skew as we help it and said that's the price! We put it back, shopped for 2 minutes and said.... Let's take it back to AS IS AND WE DID! Mentioned that that employee was very condescending and kept pointing to the skew on the back and walked away! Well, AS IS SAID " HE KNOWS HIS SUPERVISOR AND WHO IT WAS"! Very apologetic that we experienced really unfortunate customer service that he helped us and said that's he will sell it as Display and printed out a yellow sticker for it plus giving us a heads up where would we like the sticker cause once on its very hard to remove it so we said on the back! THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am very impressed that he took time to help us but also he made a sale! Now, for future shopping I have faith that whoever that Supervisor of that young man who was NOT THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE TO REPRESENT IKEA! Two issues in this review. Review of the store. Then the fishy things happening around the store…read more SO the store itself is alright. I noticed that they do not stock often. It is rather a small TJ Maxx. I check it usually once a week or so for new items and I noticed they are slow to restock. Also I noticed one more thing because I was checking all TJ Maxx and Marshalls in the area: they distribute items unevenly. Meaning: Stoughton gets the ok items, while some other TJ Maxx(s) get the really nice items (Like Norwood and Newton). Sometimes when I check those stores I find a substantially different higher end stock and I end up buying there instead of Stoughton simple because TJ Maxx distributes stock unevenly. My hunch is that they consider the income level of the area surrounding the store. This is a very skewed logic because some of the richest people in Mass live close to the Stoughton Store. Now outside the store. In the parking lot of the store which is shared I noticed on different occasions (different days of the week, different times of day) that some fishy police and detective cars keep circling around. On 5-6 occasions within last 2 months I noticed every time I am in this store that a police car would circle around the parking lot, stop for a moment in front of the TJ Maxx store and the 2 people inside look inside the store then they exit the parking lot. I noticed that multiple times. I also noticed recently an unmarked detective/FBI black truck doing the same thing. Very fishy and suspicious. No it is not your typical police patrol thing. and no they are not there for more safety. There is something fishy going on in this plaza. I have no clue what it is. But all I know that it actually makes me feel unsafe rather than safe here. so I know I am not going to be shopping here for a while. You never know what can happen. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time you could be screwed.

The customer service in this particular Bloomingdale's Outlet is suffering tremendously and the higher ups really need to figure out what's wrong, i.e., are they perhaps beating the staff during breaks? When you go into the Bloomingdale's Outlets in Sawgrass Mills, Jersey Mills and my very favorite Philadelphia location, the associates are wonderful and helpful. Then you go to the dark side (located in Wrentham Premium Outlet Mall) and you want to give up shopping altogether and go take Psychology classes in how to make the world a better place, starting with the Bloomingdales's Outlet located in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Yeah! Save yourself the trauma of exposure to such an unhappy team, go visit Jimmy Choo or Armani instead, Truitt in Jimmy Choo will take good care of you and the staff in Armani is outstanding. If Dick's Sporting Goods and Marshalls had a baby, it'd be Bob's Stores. This place has been around…read morefor at least 20 years, surprisingly. Locations: -remaining Bob's Stores seem to be scattered to the four winds. This one in Randolph (and one in Taunton) are closest to the South Shore-- definitely a drive. Merchandise: -clothing and shoes for men, women and children -tends to be athletic-related brands like Nike, Adidas, Marmot, Columbia, Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS). Small amount of non-athletic brands like Calvin Klein, Levis, Carhartt, etc. -some sporting good items like skateboards, pads/helmets, yoga/pilates gear, soccer balls, kickballs, and even a random kayak. Definitely not the selection/variety of larger box stores, when it comes to sporting goods, but a fair cross-section. Service/Checkout: -despite visiting the weekend after Thanksgiving (when stores are usually mobbed), Bob's was pleasantly busy. There was very little wait time for checkout, and they had 3 registers open. -both cashiers we interacted with were pleasant and helpful, inputting the 30% off coupon listed on their website (but strangely, missing a barcode to scan). Price: -with all the sales going on this past weekend, Bob's was definitely competitive with other big-box stores. Most everything had a 25% off sale on it, some even higher (my jacket was listed as 50% off). Problem is, with all the signs, it's difficult for the consumer to determine what the final price will ACTUALLY be. -coupons available online and in flyers. Be sure to check online, as they do allow you to double up on coupons and sales. Example: my $100 EMS jacket was on sale for 50% off, then there was a coupon for 30% off any one clothing item. Note, the 30% off comes off of the discounted price (i.e., 30% off of $50). So, I was able to get an awesome EMS jacket originally priced at $100 for $34. Winning. If I'm on the hunt for athletic wear that doesn't scream soccer mom, I'd definitely choose Bob's Stores. They have tons of clothing I'd wear from brands I know and trust, and are at the very least competitive with other big-box stores. Worth the trip, in my opinion.

the mall (inside) itself really is sad indeed. the last time I went in was a couple years back. i…read morewas curious so I cut through from kohls and did a quick stroll to barnes & noble and back. there were able 5 shoppers in my sight total. in there, i found a dollar store, payless shoes (or equivalent), a cheap jewelry/accessories store (like claire's), a tobacco/lottery/snacks type of corner stand, maybe a haircut or nail place, among a couple other random things. i did remember secretly rejoicing at the fact that the tobacco store stocks cigars, not that i ever went back to get any. i'm giving the place 4 stars not because of the above, but because i'm counting the "outer rim" businesses as part of the mall (they do situate on the premise), also the fact that the management does make an effort to revive the place despite current sadness: jo-ann fabric and petsmart opened this past year, texas roadhouse and "something" fitness joined in a couple years back, and a few more smaller establishments (a battery place, a froyo place) popped up as well. there are also small but helpful changes on the outer roadways made recently to ease/de-tangle mall traffic. numerous crosswalks were added around the lot. they also invited Santa over during the holiday season! i never saw him myself but couldn't help but see the gigantic signs hung around outside, even along route 1. so yeah, management does still care, and that's very commendable in the days and times we live in. the only "complaint" left to make, since ever, is really the fact that the mall/parking lot is not accessible to/from the mcdonald's side. meaning, one can only go in/out by coney street, or route 1 south (from north you'll have to wait at that intersection light, then turn into coney or make a u-ie). small inconvenience, but nothing one can really do about it. parking lot is huge enough to support the patronage though -- mostly to the few brand-name stores (kohls, b&n, old navy, bath & body works, office max, party city, gym, etc) and restaurants (chili's, panera, taco bell, five guys, panda express, texas roadhouse, etc) on the outer rim. the multiple entry/exit points along route 1 s really makes sense too. there was never a problem going in and out, even on weekends and black friday, no matter how long your stay is. overall, this mall is very beneficial to locals and has a reason to stay. i have lived around the area for years and this is my go-to place when a need pops up: from food, books, gifts, supplies, to quick/specific/holiday shopping, i can find it here. this is NOT the type of place one should be looking to make a whole-day family outing out of, nor is this the place to satisfies all needs (though it still kinda does, in smaller scale). for those needs, there are legacy/patriots/providence place(s) at your service. yeah the lack of foot traffic inside the mall is really depressing, but that's for the store owners to worry about, not consumers. i probably overlooked the little play area (with climb-y, crawl-y structures, coin-op cars/horsies) inside last time i was in there. in-laws recently took my child there and he had a blast! my kid was not being trampled to death by tens of other kids, and he could play as long as he wanted without the crowd or elevated noise level which one should come to expect on any playground at peak hours. fewer users also (hopefully) means, relatively cleaner structures. now who is to say there is no upside for a deserted mall? :)

I got a gift card for a massage at Elements for my BD located in this shopping center. The plaza…read morewasn't very conveniently located for me but I managed to find it just fine. The parking lot was huge and had no problems finding a spot. After my massage I walked over to Marshall's to look around. Then after that I walked over to the Shaw's grocery store and picked up a few items for dinner. It was a nice clean well stocked store. The produce looked great. I liked the plaza overall but isn't convenient for me to shop at.

the layout of the entire plaza is so spread out and detached from one another -- there are at least…read more5 parcels of retail areas that are separated by traffic -- making it too exhausting and even dangerous to walk around on foot (and it's outdoor!), but it's ridiculous to store-hop on wheels. maybe they design it for the "1 destination, in and out" shopping style? if so, then they are quite successful. but even the traffic flow layout it's just plain ridiculous, bordering on hazardous. in an attempt to prevent speeding, stop signs and raised dividers are everywhere, which is fine by itself. but the overall design just makes one feel like they're in a corn maze, making stops and turns every 3 seconds. going from Washington Street to Shaw's averages just about 13 turns/stops. landscaper needs to be fired as well. why are tall grasses placed so strategically that one would almost think that they did it on purpose just to block drivers' sight line for oncoming traffic? not like they have something against car insurance company... maybe it's just me, but for the number of times i come here, that's bc i know there's a store i need/want to visit. with the current layout, there isn't much chance to wander around to "see what's there". you must know where you need to go coming in, and you won't realize that some shops have existed no matter how many times you've been here.
