When the cashier rang it up, it was more expensive than the tag read (it's worth mentioning that their bags have two tags, a hang tag on the strap near the hanger and a detailed tag stuffed in the bag somewhere that usually takes the cashier a bit to find). I pointed out the price discrepancy, and was curtly told that the price inside is the one that counts. I wasn't willing to pay more it, and told her I'd have to pass at that price, and thanked her anyway. I offered to put the bag back on the rack. She told me I was out of luck because they had a no return policy. I had not completed my purchase and reminded her of this. She said there was no way to cancel a card that she'd already swiped. I realize I should not have given her my card until she told me the price, but wasn't concerned at the time. She said that my credit card had been charged and that I could take the bag or not, she didn't care. I told her that she could either cancel the card or that I could do a chargeback on my credit card, which shouldn't be a problem since I had not authorized the charge. She told me that if I didn't sign, it was fraud. I asked if she was going to cancel the charge or if I needed to call my credit card company. She was pissed, but reversed the charge (the thing she'd told me repeatedly that she couldn't do). Obviously, I won't be back, and was disappointed by the aggressively bad customer service from a locally-owned business.

Second when you turn clothes in, and meet with their approval, you are on your own. You must remember to check back and see if they sold it, and hope they were honest when they said they didn't and when you look for it it's gone. There is no record of it, so they could of sold it or "donated " it. For purchase there are a few nice things, but nothing you couldn't find at the Goodwill store down the road.

I made a comment on how I liked the new store-Embrace and I was waiting on my husband cuz he was trying on jeans so I asked to use the restroom. While using the restroom, the same lady that I made a Nice comment to, yells through the door loudly, to not use a lot of toilet paper and continues to be rude yelling aloud so everyone could hear her & embarrassing me. I had shoulder surgery 5 days prior and I was struggling to try to use 1 hand to get pants down to use the toilet and to reach in to get toilet paper cuz they were low. After walking out, I was embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. I told my husband & he tried talking to the workers explaining what happened. He couldn't talk to a manager cuz all of a sudden the managers were too busy. Which the lady who was being rude was one of the managers. No apology & didn't have the nerve to even talk to us. Another customer said she was rude to her too. How do you own a business when you are rude and are harassing your customers! You don't treat people like this! We will not be returning to this business ever again. We will give our business to those who treat us nice as customers. Maybe you shouldn't have opened your business until your plumbing issues were resolved. She said customers were coming in and plugging up her toilets. I guess they have only 1 toilet working but have a total of 3 or 4 toilets. Sounds like you need a plumber not blaming your customers.

A few days later I got a phone call from the store manager. He offered to reimburse me for the coupons that hadn't worked. I told him it was fine, but I appreciated his call. He ended up putting some reward points on my mperks account! Fantastic customer service!! Also, the door greeter there is one of the best around. Good customer service is rare these days. It's nice to have a local store where it still exists, thank you!

Who wants to go to more than one grocery store in one evening right? Well, we eventually did. We didn't have much, around 20 items. Where are the cashiers? Why are the staff so unfriendly and inconsiderate? Its like a game to them. I loaded up my items on the conveyor belt. Cashier did NOT like me putting 2 cans of soup on top of each other. I was trying to save time since she was not moving the belt at all. There were a lot of people behind me. When she said in a negative tone, "We don't stack these like this." I then said, "I wouldn't have to if you had the belt going, there are a lot of people behind me." She gave me a dirty look and started to check out my items really...really slow. I did not give her the satisfaction that it bothered me, although it did. And I think it bothered those behind me as well. Convinced my fiancée to find another pharmacy. I am done with that place.
