I had a problem my last shopping trip with the mperk coupons. I left some feedback on the survey I got about my shopping experience. A few days later I got a phone call from the store manager. He offered to reimburse me for the coupons that hadn't worked. I told him it was fine, but I appreciated his call. He ended up putting some reward points on my mperks account! Fantastic customer service!! Also, the door greeter there is one of the best around. Good customer service is rare these days. Jeez...just as bad as Walmart. My fiancé gets her meds at their pharmacy and I thought, ok...lets get a few things before we leave. Who wants to go to more than one grocery store in one evening right? Well, we eventually did. We didn't have much, around 20 items. Where are the cashiers? Why are the staff so unfriendly and inconsiderate? Its like a game to them. I loaded up my items on the conveyor belt. Cashier did NOT like me putting 2 cans of soup on top of each other. I was trying to save time since she was not moving the belt at all. There were a lot of people behind me. When she said in a negative tone, "We don't stack these like this." I then said, "I wouldn't have to if you had the belt going, there are a lot of people behind me." She gave me a dirty look and started to check out my items really...really slow. I did not give her the satisfaction that it bothered me, although it did. And I think it bothered those behind me as well. Convinced my fiancée to find another pharmacy. Meijer is a great place to shop! my oh my they have to much to pick from! You just have to go there at the right time. They have a wonderful variety, If you are going to a party it is easy to find something to your liking, we live in great times so you don't constantly have to cook or bake something. When I was young I used to can and cook a lot of food and bake a lot, things are so much easier today. Perhaps it is because I live alone and I make what I like and don't have to please anyone else, that is a plus. My husband was a hunter of deer, rabbits. squirrel etc. He grew up on wild food. He got sick and died quite a long time ago. I sold my house and bought a condo. Best thing I did. Now i just take care of me. Sometimes the grocery stores are busy, My daughter and I shop at the same time. We usually go on Monday! Not so busy, That works for us! read more

Customer service at this location is awful. The cashiers are rude and impatient to customers with disabilities. I try to use the self check out as much as possible because of the cashiers. I have stood in line for over 15 minutes and listened to a cashier complain about how much her job sucks and how horrible people are. Well if you decide to call to voice your concerns the store manager don't be surprised if they hang up on you. read more

Worst experience tonight. All check outs (including self checkout) had at least 14 customers. We stood in line for one hour and a half. We started out at 17th in line. Got to 4th in line and thr manager closed the line and choose another. Hahahaha and wait another hour??? Nope left the cart right there complained to the managers and left. This store has improved much since it opened a couple of years ago. Initially the cashiers were indifferent, no one greeted anyone at the checkout. The staff on the floor lacked knowledge about where items were in the store. So, I kept shopping at Kroger. I switched over here when COVID-19 hit. They had signs up requiring wearing masks, people were showing you what carts to take that had been cleaned when you entered the store. The floor staff is more helpful and they now seem to care. Prices for some items are higher than Kroger, but this store is more spacious and they do have more cashier lanes open than they used to. Much better experience, glad they improved and show some social awareness and concern about COVID-19 and then health of the shoppers and staff. I do see more shoppers coming in without masks lately. Would be nice if staff spoke to them about this. Meijer sells masks at the front of the store for only $1 each. People need to realize, you don't have to have symptoms to be a carrier of COVID-19. Be responsible and wear a mask, folks. read more

I like the selection of merchandise, The store is a nice modern building. Pleasant to shop in. The largest problem is the lack of open cash registers. There are self checkouts convenience if you have a small number of items. The staffed check out lines are slow and long lines due to so few being open. read more

No complaints here . All staff we dealt with were friendly. This store is massive. If you don't find what you are looking for in the grocery dept. then yer outta luck. They have a huge meat department. Prices are higher than other places. Nice alcohol selection . But I'd much rather come here than wal mart. Clean store, super selection. Love the sales and perks. The snack bar is an added plus. People seem to flock to the Starbucks. They used to have more people on staff when they first opened. Have been shopping and on 4 occassions went for a sale item and they were all out and not giving rain checks. Each time I went the first day of the sale in AM. I went on the web site and only recieve generic response stating some one will answer my concern . After 3 weeks never herard anything. read more

My first ever experience at a Meijer was in Carmel, IN about five years ago. I was impressed and at that time, their clothing selection (athletic wear) was fabulous. I have no idea what it is like now. Anyway, I've been to the Bradley location five times. First time was a very quick overview and the employees were friendly enough. The second time, I ran in there to get a b-day cake. At the time I went, the cake selection was nonexistent. Even the freezer was nearly empty. Left very disappointed. The third through fifth time, I am NOT impressed. The organization of the store is a little wonky. Early this morning was the fifth visit and the employees were not friendly, either wouldn't greet me or looked at me in scorn. I found several employees in aisles gossiping, one guy in the frozen food dept leering (& lusting) at this woman with two kids. He seemed a little creepy hiding behind the tall boxes of frozen items and then peeping around the corner. Ech! This store will just be the emergency store for forgotten items or that missing ingredient for a meal and snacks. I have a feeling this store won't be here for a long time. read more
