Caroline answered right away & from the moment I spoke with her she was professional, but personable & very detailed. Asking me everything about my project, she even offered to come by to confirm measurements. I was able to drop off my drapes the next day and within a week they were done & they look amazing! After reviewing their prices on their website I immediately sent them an email explaining my predicament and Cyndy replied promptly and reassured me that she could get them printed in time and shipped to me in time for our company event. At first, I admit I was nervous about the quality because of the low cost compared to my FORMER embroidery service, but wow was I pleasantly surprised when the shipment arrived with a day to spare and the quality of the shirts and embroidery on the hats was better than I expected! Thank you Cyndy and the rest of StitchKwik for a job well done. You have a new life long customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR EMBROIDERY NEEDS!
