He was nice, and precise. My only complaints would be that Aaliyah, the girl at the store, wasn't there when we went to pay. She told me she would be there till 4, but wasn't there at 3. Another woman came in looking for her too, she got the commission, but didn't do any of the paperwork! Also, definitely pay for them to move your furniture. We scratched our floor 2 hours after having it installed when moving the fridge :(. I thought the vinyl plank would be more durable. It is nice we don't have to worry about water damage on the vinyl though.

The next few days I had other plans but on a whim decided to show up today. I also decided to bring the wand which needed a part & an existing wand which had a Shepards hook just to show them what Im currently using. The lady was behind the counter and was very nice . A tall guy with a beard helped me. Not sure if he was Bert. He look at what I had, I told him my story and he asked to take the wand w/o the hook in the back. While I chatted some small talk, he replaced my part and used some glue or adhesive and now it works again. I can open & close my wood blinds w/o standing on the couch. Great customer service! And I wasn't charged anything for this small part! I looked thru the internet real hard to find somebody and found 2 places on the west coast and if they even had it, it would several weeks and not 100% sure, it would fit inside the wand. So lucky to stumble upon somebody locally that was willing to help & had parts. I had called a place in DG that pretty much blew me off and said we don't have parts . Use this place! They are caring and nice. I think part of some peoples issues is they cant or wont communicate properly with this company. I think because I brought my parts in and was calm and had no expectations everything was fine. The problem in today's world is, everybody wants things yesterday. Crazy. Worth a stop here. Recommend!

My partner and I walked over to the furniture out front and looked in the window - I noticed some cutting boards and shared my find - we agreed to have breakfast and wait for the shop keeper to open up! Best idea ever - we found a handmade wooden cutting board and some homemade jams, jellies and mustard. The shopkeeper was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the craftsman who made the board and what they were made of. If you are traveling through Morris, IL stop in and support local craftsmanship and the community. I'll be taking this beauty home with me to Kapolei, O'ahu - Hawai'i. Mahalo!

They were not friendly by any means and we're just worried about making a sale. I did end up buying a coffee table that was on clearance and wanted to order a matching end table but the price was way out of line for a tiny little end table. I think they just jacked up the price because they knew I wanted one. We did not get an end table. As much as I love the Amish, I will not go back to this store. I give a 5-star rating for the furniture but the staff and owner I give 0 star. So that's how we ended up with just two stars.
