Upon inspection it appeared that they had overspray of the liner on the top of the cab and both sides of the truck. The business owner said it had to have been from the factory, they place a curtain between the truck bed and the cab and cover the cab with plastic. I was there product that was oversprayed onto the truck. Had to bring it back to have the product removed with lacquer thinner. They got most of it but I had to have them get some spots they didn't get. I believe there is still some product still on the paint that I will find later. The owner or manager never had the courage to apologize for the poor workmanship that was exhibited or for the inconvenience of the added time and trips to the dealer to have the problem rectified. Needless to say they have not notched up any brownie points for any future business with them.

Again my experience was nothing but enjoyable! Diane was the amazing seamstress this time who worked wonders on my dress and charged a ridiculously low price for alterations. Fast forward to 2018 and I have my last child, my son, getting married. I did not even waste my time looking elsewhere!! I made that hour plus drive down to Bourbonnais as I knew I would find what I was looking for there and of course I did! And you guessed it, Jan again helped me find my perfect dress!! Diane again was my seamstress and did her magic! She is a perfectionist and does amazing work and does not charge nearly what she should for the quality of work she does!! The fact that not once but three times I chose to make that one hour plus drive down to Bourbonnais to purchase my dress and for the multiple trips for fittings that follow should speak volumes as to what Bliss Bridal is all about!!
