It could smell a bit fresher ....smelled a little stale but I realize they had a lot of used furniture in there too. 3. A loyalty card is always nice and other local consignment shops have them. I made a comment on how I liked the new store-Embrace and I was waiting on my husband cuz he was trying on jeans so I asked to use the restroom. While using the restroom, the same lady that I made a Nice comment to, yells through the door loudly, to not use a lot of toilet paper and continues to be rude yelling aloud so everyone could hear her & embarrassing me. I had shoulder surgery 5 days prior and I was struggling to try to use 1 hand to get pants down to use the toilet and to reach in to get toilet paper cuz they were low. After walking out, I was embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. I told my husband & he tried talking to the workers explaining what happened. He couldn't talk to a manager cuz all of a sudden the managers were too busy. Which the lady who was being rude was one of the managers. No apology & didn't have the nerve to even talk to us. Another customer said she was rude to her too. How do you own a business when you are rude and are harassing your customers! You don't treat people like this! We will not be returning to this business ever again. We will give our business to those who treat us nice as customers. Maybe you shouldn't have opened your business until your plumbing issues were resolved. She said customers were coming in and plugging up her toilets. I guess they have only 1 toilet working but have a total of 3 or 4 toilets. Sounds like you need a plumber not blaming your customers.

Easy to navigate layout, this store has a mix of many antiques on the inside as well as the outside. The restroom is on one end of the building and they got cool stuff worth selling in there too. A few booths are empty and some of them are overpriced but I would highly suggest stopping here if you're in the area.

My meetings with my sales rep were all about MY needs, not the company. My installation was done RIGHT, because FCA referred us to an extra contractor for specialized work, instead of winging it and charging a fortune. A very helpful employee whose name I believe is Cheryl, answered my questions thoroughly, hooked me up with a coupon and set me up to get a text coupon once a month for 20% off. It worked as I find myself roaming the aisles at least once a month looking to use that coupon.
