While using the restroom, the same lady that I made a Nice comment to, yells through the door loudly, to not use a lot of toilet paper and continues to be rude yelling aloud so everyone could hear her & embarrassing me. I had shoulder surgery 5 days prior and I was struggling to try to use 1 hand to get pants down to use the toilet and to reach in to get toilet paper cuz they were low. After walking out, I was embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. I told my husband & he tried talking to the workers explaining what happened. He couldn't talk to a manager cuz all of a sudden the managers were too busy. Which the lady who was being rude was one of the managers. No apology & didn't have the nerve to even talk to us. Another customer said she was rude to her too. How do you own a business when you are rude and are harassing your customers! You don't treat people like this! We will not be returning to this business ever again. We will give our business to those who treat us nice as customers. Maybe you shouldn't have opened your business until your plumbing issues were resolved. She said customers were coming in and plugging up her toilets. Over a decade ago, I had purchased an entertainment center from Panazzo's in Oak, stained in Michael's Cherry. They had the exact date of purchase from 2013. It's still in impeccable condition and I've had numerous compliments on this beautiful piece of furniture with the stained glass doors. I was surprised to learn that they had a matching set of tables on the floor, in the upgraded Quarter Sawn Oak cut. I was sent a photo of the tables and prices. Initially I wanted a 42" table, thinking that a 48" table might be too big. The prices were very competitive with other Amish retailers in the region --including Shipshewana. The tables were held for me and I saw them a day later. The size appeared smaller than expected and was perfect for a new couch that I'd purchased. Sold on the spot about a minute after seeing them!
