A lot of things were "let me check and get back to you", which ended up with me having to reach out again to follow up. My dad lives very rural, in the middle of the country so we did not expect a huge turnout but there were people in line waiting with a constant flow of people both days. Day 1 is suppose to be full price as listed yet several of my friends went to the sale and were ready to pay the full price listed and only ended up paying 1/3. Seems like they were wheeling and dealing on day 1. Which we did NOT agree to. WHAT?? On day 1 you asked $20 for something listed as $60? My dads riding lawn mower was priced at $1400. It didnt sell the first day so I knew it would go for $700 on the 2nd day. When we got our itemized list of what sold we saw that the lawn mower sold for only $300!! a 12 piece oak amish dining room set sold for $100, that was a 1/8 of what it was listed at. We paid $1500 for their "fee" and a 65/35 split. Then told that we didnt have to pay thr $1500, that the fee was asked for if the home was determined that it would bring in a profit. When we received the check and itemized list the $1500 was taken out of the profits and the remainder was done at the split. We ended up after all the work and back and forth with $400. a full 3 bedroom home! The itemized list left out A LOT of pieces that were no longer in my fathers home but were not on the list as sold. I asked if anything was going to be taken for consignment at their store and was told no, so not sure where these items went. My father lived very simply so we were not expecting a huge result but really felt we were taken advantage of and it was a HUGE waste of time. I put in a lot of man hours and had I know I would have either A. let them do all the work or B. Did the work and held the sale myself! NOTE-I have been told by multiple people who frequent their sales and many others, as well as people who have hired them in the past, that they will have their regulars (*who resell) come and give them the deals on items. I cannot confirm this but hearing it from many different people gives me pause.

Their boot selection alone is a reason to head here because I've found everything from a simple design to an American flag and everything in between. The helmet selection makes me want to buy extra helmets just because they have more than just your typical black helmet. But it's the jeans that actually led me here. For one they have true riding jeans, flare legged, boot cut... sized correctly... none of this "size 1,3,5,7,9,11..." baloney that you'll find in stores when looking for flared or boot cut jeans these days. At LK you can find the proper length, the right fit, and great quality. The prices are a little high if you're comparing them to what you'd find in Walmart, but the quality and fit are so much better at LK and it seems like every so often they have some kind of sale going on so keep an eye out for those days. The staff are all great. There when you need them, gone when you don't. And they can make great recommendations on anything in store (they don't jump to the highest price). LK is a gem. They purchase damaged appliances, sports equipment, and apparently ATVs based on their address and many other company names. The Better Business Bureau has them under an improvement plan. Please - spare yourself headaches and shop somewhere else. We talked to a salesperson over the phone who was friendly and honestly, he was helpful. We looked at a picture of the frig we wanted, and he made sure we understood it was scratch and dent with no warranty. It did not have handles on it, but we were assured the handles would come with it. On January 30th, we paid $1624 for a Samsung countertop depth frig four drawer. Shipping was to be in 7-10 business days. On February 4th I received a text that the frig didn't have handles, but I was assured that the posts for the handles were there. I should have cancelled at this point, but instead I made sure that I could find the handles, and okayed the order again on February 6 after negotiating $250 off to buy the handles (they originally offered only $75 total for four $100 handles). I was given different pictures of a frig at this time. I never asked to see the inside, which I should have. I live in Atlanta, and on February 13th, I was told by text that the frig shipped that week. I called for tracking info that day and was told to call back for it Monday. On Monday the 15th, I was texted the tracking number, but there was no actual info there! Same for every day that week until Thursday when info finally showed. Did not receive frig until February 23rd and it didn't have the posts I needed and was promised to attach handles, or either interior vegetable drawer, and it smelled horribly and was FILTHY! I called and was told to fill out warranty form, that maybe they would give me $50 off for cleaning supplies. Wait 48 hours to get a response. I called earlier telling them this was unacceptable, but they wouldn't take quicker action despite us already waiting three weeks. When I called after 48 hours, was told parr's department only open M-F 10-4. When I called when they were open, was told I needed to be patient. Asked for Parts Manager and got John. If John is really a manager, John needs to receive serious customer service training. Zac is ten times more helpful. John told me that the company made a mistake shipping the nasty refrigerator without posts and drawers, and haven't I ever made a mistake? I told him this was not just a mistake. He said this was the first they knew about all of my parts issues - that I should have contacted pets department first. He didn't want to hear that I had been in constant contact with the company and had never heard about a parts dept. he never offered any apology, and said they were only a "middle man." He wouldn't let me speak to the manager of the whole operation, or the owner (said there was no other manager(!)). John couldn't give me an estimate of when I would receive my parts, and said that some people were still waiting for parts SINCE 2019 (this is 2021!). He also said that they are on the phone all day trying to help people figure out how to put handles on frigs. (Here's an idea - send frig with handles!) The only reason this company has two stars is that after John and I finished yelling at each other, I received a very professional email telling me that my parts were being shipped. They said they would have my tracking number the next day, they did, and I received the drawers and only four posts in a few days. Even though I didn't receive the other four posts and had to order them from another company, at least I got something and best of all, I am finally finished dealing with this unprofessional company that almost completely lacks integrity.

Wjen they checked, she said ok we did get that refill request after all but that my doctor refused to fill it. I asked if they called my cardiologist as I had originally requested. She said no. They called my general practitioner. I returned to the pharmacy to get a different heart medication filled and the pharmacist told me that they had just recently filled that prescription on January 24th. I had indeed received refills on that day but not the one I was currently requesting. They told me I should go home and check. I immediately called my wife who confirmed that I was low on the medication. The pharmacist recommended that i use a different pharmacy! Best advice I have ever gotten from this Osco pharmacy!
