This thing was put together poorly, seatbelts installed incorrectly, it shakes hard, its loud af, gutless (barely over 10 mph) and on day ONE, the transmission froze up in reverse leaving us stranded. The parts used on this thing are incredibly cheap. And like everyone else who purchased from this place. Here it sits, unusable. The products this place is selling is ABSOLUTE CHEAP GARBAGE. With no way to return it. I'm out $5000 bucks and the disappointment in my kids is heartbreaking.. Also note, It says in print they accept returns within 7 days only. A 20percent "restocking" fee + shipping. I was willing to take the hit to get rid of it. But no, Lies. As soon as I mentioned returning it. I got loud nonstop assh*le in my ear then hung up. I could not post without putting 1 star. If I could I might give them a 1/2 star to make me feel the sale was going to work after my initial call... but.. No. Buyer Beware, is all I have to say. Please rethink your purchase involving this company, Problems start right from the beginning and last all the way through. It has been since September 2020 that this has all started. And it is now Feb. 15, 2021 They are very happy to get your sale and after that, is when it all goes wrong. From ignoring specific details of the purchase agreement, to rudeness on the phone to the consumer... like it was my fault. to being treated like I made the mistake on the order assembly and delivery directions. Then to requesting a refund, which to this date of 02/15/21 still has not received and to be kept in the dark of any timeline to expect it. Just don't try to think your experience will be any better. I called this company for a quote and questioned the price a minimum of 4 times. After discussing with my husband, we decided to call back and make the purchase. Turns out our sales lady (Stephanie) has only worked there for a month. So when she quoted me for a smaller engine the price was under by more than $1k. Manager (Ryan) refused today honor the quoted price stating mistakes are made in life. They don't care that the call was recorded because they aren't going to honor the price since my credit card wasn't charged yet. No one would give me the name or contact information because the next in line is the company owner. He doesn't want to talk to me that's what he pays them to do. Beware - this company also goes by Safer Wholesale and Great Sports. I was looking for a scratch and dent refrigerator and happened to see their ad in Offer Up. They purchase damaged appliances, sports equipment, and apparently ATVs based on their address and many other company names. The Better Business Bureau has them under an improvement plan. Please - spare yourself headaches and shop somewhere else. We talked to a salesperson over the phone who was friendly and honestly, he was helpful. We looked at a picture of the frig we wanted, and he made sure we understood it was scratch and dent with no warranty. It did not have handles on it, but we were assured the handles would come with it. On January 30th, we paid $1624 for a Samsung countertop depth frig four drawer. Shipping was to be in 7-10 business days. On February 4th I received a text that the frig didn't have handles, but I was assured that the posts for the handles were there. I should have cancelled at this point, but instead I made sure that I could find the handles, and okayed the order again on February 6 after negotiating $250 off to buy the handles (they originally offered only $75 total for four $100 handles). I was given different pictures of a frig at this time. I never asked to see the inside, which I should have. I live in Atlanta, and on February 13th, I was told by text that the frig shipped that week. I called for tracking info that day and was told to call back for it Monday. On Monday the 15th, I was texted the tracking number, but there was no actual info there! Same for every day that week until Thursday when info finally showed. Did not receive frig until February 23rd and it didn't have the posts I needed and was promised to attach handles, or either interior vegetable drawer, and it smelled horribly and was FILTHY! I called and was told to fill out warranty form, that maybe they would give me $50 off for cleaning supplies. Wait 48 hours to get a response. I called earlier telling them this was unacceptable, but they wouldn't take quicker action despite us already waiting three weeks. When I called after 48 hours, was told parr's department only open M-F 10-4. When I called when they were open, was told I needed to be patient. Asked for Parts Manager and got John. If John is really a manager, John needs to receive serious customer service training. Zac is ten times more helpful. John told me that the company made a mistake shipping the nasty refrigerator without posts and drawers, and haven't I ever made a mistake? I told him this was not just a mistake. He said this was the first they knew about all of my parts issues - that I should have contacted pets department first. He didn't want to hear that I had been in constant contact with the company and had never heard about a parts dept. he never offered any apology, and said they were only a "middle man." He wouldn't let me speak to the manager of the whole operation, or the owner (said there was no other manager(!)). John couldn't give me an estimate of when I would receive my parts, and said that some people were still waiting for parts SINCE 2019 (this is 2021!). He also said that they are on the phone all day trying to help people figure out how to put handles on frigs. (Here's an idea - send frig with handles!) The only reason this company has two stars is that after John and I finished yelling at each other, I received a very professional email telling me that my parts were being shipped. They said they would have my tracking number the next day, they did, and I received the drawers and only four posts in a few days. Even though I didn't receive the other four posts and had to order them from another company, at least I got something and best of all, I am finally finished dealing with this unprofessional company that almost completely lacks integrity. read more

I should have wrote this review a while ago but here it is. I'd give a big middle finger as a review instead of a star. My wife purchased an EZ Go golf cart from this company last year. We bought a home in NM to retire and wanted one to drive around the neighborhood. I was sitting next to her when she was on the phone with the salesman. As clear as day, he said this cart was new. It cost us over $7500 including shipping. After taking delivery of it in NM, we started having charging issues with it. This cart has 6 batteries on it so I wasn't sure which one may be bad. We found a company in ABQ to come pick it up and see what was wrong. Come to find out, this cart was refurbished and the batteries were shot. So 6 new batteries, pick up and returned was almost $1000. I called the place up and this guy was a complete asshole. He denied saying it was new and just continued to lie to us until he hung up. We continued to have electrical and charging issues with this thing off and on. It was in and out of the ABQ shop 3 or 4 times in one year. We just found out today that this cart was a 2011 cart. Needless to say, I'm contacting the BBB tomorrow and reporting them. I noticed all the other bad reviews about scams. Horrible place! Do not waste your time!! I Drove there and arrived at 6:36pm (mind you the hours say they are open until 8pm everyday). You have to call a phone number to have the door opened and the girl tells me sorry we are closed... I state what do you mean your closed? Your website, Facebook, etc all state open everyday until 8pm. She puts me on hold twice after arguing that I drove 40 minutes to look at the 4 wheelers. She comes back and says fine we will open the door. She comes to the door, opens it and tells us to the right are the 4 wheelers calls the 800 number if you have questions and leaves. We look around, have some questions as this our first 4 wheeler so I call the number. No one will come and actually show you anything or answer any questions. They only talk to you over the phone... super weird. Then all over the place there are signs that everything is sold AS IS and there is absolutely no returns or exchanges. You can NOT turn on the 4 wheeler or test drive it, also very sketchy. So in other words your buying a non-name brand 4 wheeler. You can't turn it on or return or exchange it if it doesn't turn on.. seems like a huge scam and your gonna end up buying something that might not even work! I purchased an Outfitter 4-wheel drive, 400cc UTV from saferwholesale after I was assured that it would easily climb a 30% grade. Not only was it damaged in shipping - it was NOT delivered to my home - I had to pick it up from the shipping terminal about an hour away from my house. The UTV did NOT climb the actual 22-28% grade on my property, but it ran/runs very, very poorly. It does NOT idle well - it is hard to keep running and it constantly backfires when I try to drive it. The worst part - saferwholesale won't do ANYTHING to address the problem with the vehicle (including upgrading it to a more powerful vehicle that I am willing to pay the difference for). read more

I purchased a bran new Gas!!! UTV from them and when I was at the store I wanted to test drive it but I was told that the battery was dead because the kids get on them and start them and forget to turn them off and it drains the battery I asked if they can switch the battery from the one next to it but after they did it didn't work so I was told that probably same thing happened with that one and they will put a brand new battery in it and once they did it started so we test drove it I asked to have it delivered and they said they will deliver it between 7-8 pm same day well 8pm passed and no one showed up so I called them and was informed that their is an issue with the battery and they will be there by 8:45 -9 pm the delivery driver showed up at 9:45pm and the UTV wouldn't start to get it off the trailer so the delivery guy informed me that they put the wrong size battery in (it was for a ATV half the size what is supposed to be ) and suggest that he will jump it to get it off the trailer and will bring the right size battery the next day and being so late I agree the next day he didn't show up and I had to call the day after and was told to come pick one up so I did a I installed it but the next day the battery was dead so I called them and was told to bring the UTV in for them to look at it but I told them I didn't have a trailer available so they told me someone would come get it but instead someone just showed up with a new battery and reinstalled it and told me to contact them if it's still an issue so the next day I called and told them the issue was still happening and was told to call the next day between the hour of 10-4 and talk to John the manager for parts which I did and he told me that I don't know how to own a sports motor vehicle and that I have to charge my battery every single night on a GAS!!!! UTV and that is not like a car because it doesn't have an alternator so it's needed to be charging when not in use I started laughing when I heard that and I told him I wanted to talk to someone else he told me to call the next day and ask for Alex and when I did he told me the same thing and told me to educate myself about owning motor sports vehicle and that it needs to be on charge and that I don't know how to started and I'm draining the battery At that point I told him I want to return it and he told me I cannot because I singe the receipt stating no exchanges or returns and I told him that store policy doesn't apply when the item is defective and he told me I test drove it at the store so it's not defective and I need to charge my battery so now I have waste my time and money to take them to court buyer beware !!!!! read more
