    I called Marshall Setvices in a panic. I have bidets in several of my larger bathrooms in my home, one of them was leaking, so I tried to repair it myself. Big mistake! I called Marshals and spoke to a woman who said she could get somebody out the same day I was so happy. John, the technician came to my home was very respectful of my property and went right to work. It took him several hours to remove the hardware, but did so than cleaned up after himself John did an amazing job. I am so thankful for this company to come out on such short notice, and do an amazing job for us. Highly recommended...

    I attempted to make an appointment on a Saturday and was forwarded to their answering service. Was instructed that someone will call me on the next business day. Nothing Monday, so I call Tuesday. I get the same answering service. A representative reaches out to me an hour or so later. No big deal. Set up an appointment with them for a Thursday at 4:00. I leave work early, to be home and 4. 5:15 comes and I call. I get the answering service. They reach out to someone and the woman calls me with an attitude and says oh we are coming. Then calls back and asks to reschedule. After rescheduling, someone comes out. I'm getting a standard servicing of my OSB. After the service is complete the guy try's to sell me all kinds of things to upgrade my boiler. He suggests I fix this particular valve and I agree. They have to come back to perform the service again. After their final visit I'm left with a nice mess on a freshly painted basement floor. I used these guys because of the generally good reviews. Unfortunately I just can't say anything positive about the experience.

    They have inexperienced electricians and they are 3 times the price for materials. They came out and charged me $400 for a bad GFI.

We have tried contacting him multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Now our calls are sent to voicemail. Finally, when it was connected without him, we were told there is a leak in what had been installed. We wanted to give him the opportunity to fix it but no one answers or calls back. Update: no response still. We had two plumbers come out and couldn't believe this is how it was left. There was also no shut off valve installed on the same floor which was out of code. Surprised a licensed plumber would leave anyone in such circumstances, especially with a small child in the home.

    We just moved into our very first home and panicked when our thermostat went blank. Joe arrived…read morepromptly and discovered that the mysterious emergency switch in our basement stairwell actually turns off the entire HVAC system, including the thermostat. Yikes for us, but easy for him to get the job done. He serviced our system and gave us an estimate on a replacement for the 22-year-old AC unit. We bought our own Google Learning Nest thermostat off Amazon, and you heard it here first folks, DON'T DO THAT! It wouldn't work and I regret not letting Joe provide it himself. He reinstalled the old thermostat and now we've got a tuned up HVAC system that runs better than ever. When the bell tolls on our ancient AC, we'll have Walsh & Son handle it all like the pros that they are. Thanks, Joe!

    Donnelly's is one of the top rated plumbing and HVAC specialists in the area. It's a shame to see…read morethe volume of poor reviews for this outstanding company. Most of them are just upset to have to be dealing with household management. I understand, but it's not fair. They replaced our water inlet valves for our washing machine - 10/10 service. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for. They didn't charge us for new hoses. The new valves are fantastic. Huge improvement. We also had them upgrade our entire HVAC. They gave us a VERY competitive price. Knocked an entire grand off for booking the same week. Minor issue after install and they called in someone who had technically just ended their shift. Above and beyond. We joined their protection plan for priority scheduling plus a free AC and furnace inspection annually. Holding off on the free plumbing inspection to do our own due diligence first. You only see Donnelly's trucks around my area for a reason. Outstanding quality. My advice would be to seek more estimates for smaller jobs, but do not hesitate for big/important projects. Clean, respectful, down to earth. Highly recommend!

Initial outlay for a gas valve was $699.75. 2nd repair, a week later for an igniter was $512.70. Third repair for a board and another igniter. The furnace still isn't working and it's been 4 weeks with NO HEAT in the house. We're delayed on all repairs and contractors have to be rescheduled. Horrible communication. No proactive outreach from Donnelly's. "100% Customer Satisfaction. Guaranteed" is only a marketing ploy and absolutely untrue. The techs are awesome, but the company itself is awful.
