It was so helpful! Gabriel dealt with our installation and did a great job. Everything works great and we are happy with our finished project! Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. I hired them on the strength of the reviews here so I am contributing one though I usually review elsewhere. The project was completed on time and budget, five windows total. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. Greg, the owner, came out with his wife for the initial consultation, walked us through the different options, and helped us pick colors and styles that matched each room without ever making us feel pressured. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for motorized blinds, and the turnaround was excellent. Our blinds arrived in about two weeks, and installation couldn't have gone smoother. Greg was in and out in less than an hour, everything worked perfectly before he left, and there wasn't a single thing to clean up afterward. My toddler loves pressing the up and down button on her new blinds and loves the fact that she can see out the windows and watch our squirrels in the backyard now! It's always nice to support a small owner-operated business that takes pride in their work, and Coyote Blind Company definitely fits that description. The entire process was professional, efficient, and exactly as promised. I'd 100% recommend Greg and his team if you're looking for quality window coverings in the Phoenix area.

She responded that she wouldn't do those types of blinds until we moved in and had furniture in the rooms. She then stated our neighborhood was too loud as other homes were being built. She told us she would email a price for a large window motorized Roman shade but she never did. Needless to say the meeting was a complete waste of time. I cannot believe what horrible customer care we received. I never received an email with swatches. Which would be exactly why you never heard a response. A business owner would normally follow up with an email, phone call or text with a customer after a week or so after an email ascended with no response. As a customer, you should respect when I say I know what I'm looking for and I want to see these color schemes and fabrics. So now you're saying, my husband was a liar about the comments you made about our neighborhood; that is very unprofessional.
