Ford told me everything was perfectly fine other than a light replacement, with the total cost being $150. Essentially this place tried to scam me. Unless ford has no idea what they're talking about this place did something completely illegal. There was a new guy there last time who I had never seen before, so I guess since he is new, he decided to charge me double to impress the bosses (I didn't say anything that day, because I am generally a mild-mannered guy, but I've been bothered ever since, especially because my check tire light keeps going off, and I had to put air in my tires three times since the repair. Also, the new guy told me after the service, that my tires were getting "feathered" or some term like that, which I'd never heard before. I asked what it meant, and he said it was probably from not rotating the tires enough (Admittedly, I have had them rotated a few times, but not too frequently). Well, I bought those tires here, and they offer free tire rotations on tires purchased here, so why didn't he offer to rotate them for me? Anyways, I think I am done with Calabro, I am tired of the poor service and high costs. Sorry Jeanine, Perry, Butch, and all the rest of the staff ... No more Cheers for you! P.S. I just remembered, my wife's car had a slow leak also, from the last time it was repaired at Calabro. She took it some place near where she works, and it was plugged for ten bucks!

There wasn't a trace of condescension, nor did he use any of the common tactics, to try to pressure me to into certain repairs. He was just factual and friendly. Interestingly, another customer piped in at one point, to tell me what straight shooters they are, here. (He'd heard me on the phone, explaining the worse-than-expected diagnosis to my honey.) I think that says a lot, that a random dude wanted to vouch did the place. This location is very handy, if you're in the South Hills.
