Horrendous customer service. Be prepared when purchasing a car here, if Morabito Motors, or more…read morespecifically Jamie, the owner, makes a mistake with the paperwork he will refuse to take responsibility or apologize and insist it was your fault somehow. Jamie let me drive off the lot with a car that was not registered and did not notify me until six days later that I was driving an unregistered vehicle. "Notifying me" included nasty voicemails from Laurie saying that this was an oversight on MY part, not the owner of a car dealership whose business is selling cars. The voicemails also included Laurie reprimanding me for not answering phone calls in the middle of the day, while I'm working. Three days after I scrambled around to get this issue fixed (now nine days since purchasing the vehicle), Laurie left another nasty voicemail demanding I fax my pay stubs to them to send to the bank because I was "driving a car that still belonged to them" despite the fact that the pink slip is in my possession and the documents had all been signed for the sale of the vehicle. This voicemail included another reference to not answering a phone call in the middle of my workday. Keep in mind, my email address was included on all of the paperwork I signed at the dealership, but I never once received an email from Laurie or Jamie. After getting in touch with the bank directly, the loan officer said that the loan never actually went through because Jamie overlooked the request for my pay stubs the first time the paperwork was sent from the bank. In correspondence with Jamie, he blatantly lied and said the request did not come through until after the fact. He also insinuated that I had come in after hours somehow to purchase a car and the loan officers had gone home for the day. I don't blame him for getting the time wrong because it's hard to remember specific details like that when its been nine days since it happened, but I had been there an hour before they closed and at no point did he suggest finishing the paperwork the next day to avoid issues like these. When expressing my frustration and suggesting I just return the vehicle (since the paperwork obviously was never actually completed) and drive my vehicle I was trading in home, Laurie said I would need to buy my own car back because they had paid off the remainder of the loan on that vehicle before ensuring the new car was taken care of. So according to them, somehow both of the cars "belonged" to Morabito Motors even though I had signed documents from the bank and the pink slip to the new vehicle in my possession. Not only did they not admit their mistakes and apologize for the nightmare of a situation this has put me in, but they were making it my responsibility to fix their mistakes. Not once since this process started has anyone there asked if I was enjoying my new vehicle or apologized for the serious lack of customer service. I have no doubt that all of these other reviews are genuine, because the initial process went very smoothly. I also have no doubt that any of these other people encountered paperwork issues caused by Jamie. The sales industry is built on customer service and genuine customer service will show in times like these. I would not recommend doing any type of business here.

Great service, were wonderful to work with on several sales and trades. Happy repeat customer.read more
