Why did you install them if you suspect my window to be faulty? I'm not the expert but obviously either are they if they installed anyway instead of notifying me. 2. Again, if it was cut I bought this car two months ago and that would have been handled else where. All I was asking was for them to fix my bottom window seal that now needs fixed because of the way they installed it. The only answer I got was the owner stating only if I bought the weather tech there would they "replace" them, but the weather tech are fine the INSTALLATION broke the window seal.

I pulled up 5 minutes before my appointment and they were ready. Took my keys and started working right away. They did a full synthetic oil change, replaced a broken lug nut, resealed my tire, and did a courtesy inspection. I was there for about an hour to an hour and 15 and the bill came to $165. Sherry at the desk was polite, friendly, made a personal connection with everyone who came in, and was able to print me out a summary along with detailed notes and a quote for future suggested services. They didn't pressure and seemed to genuinely care about what needed to be done vs. making an extra buck.

He does not rely on sound and smell like ALL of the major shops do in the area, he uses calibrated instruments and a lot of earned expertise. He dyno-tuned a new Lectron carburetor for me on my XR-650L for a recent 1,000 mile trip in North Africa and it performed perfectly from sea level to 8,000 feet and also brought my fuel economy up by about 8% on top of that. And he is meticulous with even small details. I just wish he could clone a couple of others to work in his shop and get more throughput.
