Very nice restaurant, clean and service was great. Food came out quick and tasted very good. Prices are a little bit higher but I'd eat here again. Parking is shared inside the collection so plenty of parking and short distance of walking depending on where you park.

We sat at the Bar. Great Service. Great conversation. Great Ambiance. Don't miss Happy Hour. 4-6 Monday thru Thursday at the bar. I can also vouch for the Tuna Salad Nicoise. Delicious.

The food was okay. The grilled chicken sandwich was bland and tasted weird. The tavern burger would've been good. The French fries could be better, kinda bland no seasoning. The picatta is strange, there was tomatoes and asparagus in it, bland bland bland. The tea somehow was bland. The chicken wings were undercooked still had pink and raw near bone. The service was slow despite not even having a full house. Waited on some burgers and fries for nearly an hour. Our drinks kept going empty and our waitress was no where to be found. Only checked in on us when something was coming to the table, otherwise we were on our own. Got a little attitude and glare when asked for drink refills. Food was undercooked. Undercooked burgers cold meat in the middle and cold undercooked wings. The burgers would've been the best thing if they were not still slightly raw. Asked for medium well got red soft cold in center. Will not return. Sad this place used to be somewhat good.

Ordered take out tonight. Menu Description: Grilled Turkey Burger, Pepper Glaze, Jalapeño Jack Cheese, Crispy Jalapeños (where?!) Jicama Slaw, Toasted Croissant Bun. Sounded great. Greatly disappointing! To note, pepper glaze taste like maple syrup added to a burger. Burger itself was thinner than McDonald's. Nothing spicy whatsoever. Tasted like candy. Defeats purpose of a Turkey burger.

One thing that never disappoints is Marlow's Tavern! Met my dad early for a drink at the bar and I wasn't hungry yet. I ordered the Buddha Bowl to go and WOW!! Delicious!! They did not skimp on the portion either. Great Happy Hour too at the bar and attentive bartenders. Always checking on you. We went during the holidays and they had cute decor up!

We were served by Tylerwho did an outstanding job. We had great meals and Tyler was very friendly. The meals were delicious and prepared to perfection. I asked for my grouper order to be changed to blacked broiled and they accommodated my request! We sat on the deck and it was a beautiful evening!

Server Karen L. Is the best. Also, get the smoked fish fill, it's excellent, ask for extra crackers.

Highly recommend ordering the Grilled Chicken Tortilla Salad if you are looking for a refreshing, crunchy salad with some protein. The Coriander Lime Dressing is *chef's kiss* and the crispy little tortilla strips are the greatest salad topper to ever exist. It's the perfect portion (especially for lunch if you're a breakfast skipper like me). If I'm really hungry and feeling indulgent, I love to start with their J.T.'s Kettle Chips with melted gorgonzola cheese, bacon, fresh tomato, and scallions. The Black Truffle Parmesan Fries are another delicious starter or side option. Service is always great at this location, and this most recent time on a Sunday afternoon it was quite busy but we were told 15-20 minute and received a text just before the 20 minute mark. It was a fairly cold day, and when the hostess said the table was ready on the patio I was worried, but she ensured us we would be nice and toasty out there with the heaters and she was not wrong. It was a great lunch!

I took a bistrot steak and that was really good. The steak was precut with parsley butter on it, potatoes a la dauphinoise, not completely cooked but still excellent. A great discovery in their menu

I've lived in Cumming since 2021 but never thought there would be a steakhouse there like this one! We were able to get a table for the 8 of us on the morning of, and was very excited since it was only a 7 mile drive from Windermere. Parking is a breeze, it's on the side of a strip mall on the corner of Meadow and Atlanta Hwy. It's beautiful inside. Lights were dimmed but not so much you can't see the menu or your fellow diners. Christopher was our server and he was really helpful, thorough, pleasant and absolutely friendly. My brother basically took stock of the menu and I ordered a cocktail to start. A big bottle of wine, and we were off! First off, the rolls made in house were so spectacular that I almost asked for more, even though I knew we were in for a great meal. Sea salt on top, hefty without being dense, with or without butter just delightful. Apps: both the GA and the Wedge salad to share, along with the grilled octopus and mussels. My nieces are 7 and 13, my nephew is 11 and they basically ate every last bit of the mussels. Back when I was 11 all I wanted was pizza and burgers. All of the apps were so flavorful- the mussel broth had garlic and nduja which gave it a nice kick. My regret was that I didn't take pics of these. Apologies! Entrees: most of the table got steak, whether it was filet, the American Wagyu, the ribeye. My brother ordered the chicken, I ordered the lobster bucatini and two scallops on the side. My niece had the gnocchi side as her entree. Sides: gnocchi with shittaki mushrooms, duck fat fried potatoes, grits, and asparagus. The gnocchi is a MUST, but the grits and others were close behind. For dessert: chocolate soufflé, bread pudding made in house with ice cream, a cappuccino creme brûlée, and for their birthdays a small individual passion fruit panna cotta for my parents. What a beautiful touch. I would put this place in with all the known steakhouses, service was unmatched, food was excellent and we didn't have to drive 35 miles to Buckhead or Midtown. Hats off to the team here, from the hostess who checked in on us, our server Christopher, to the team in the kitchen. I walked by the bar to use the restroom and it had no empty seats. This would be a place I'd feel comfortable coming alone to treat myself. Support small businesses!

We were given a gift certificate by our realtor last year and waited for a special occasion since we were told it is pricey. Valentines seemed like the perfect time and it was! Made reservations several weeks before opting for the 13th of February and at 5 pm in hopes of avoiding the crowd. It worked. We arrived and were seated promptly in what they call the Al Capone booth which was for two and tucked towards the back wall which was cozy and private except much later the table across from us which looks out toward the table we were at, 4 people were seated. It wasn't a big deal as they were busy talking with their group. Our waiter was Jason (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) and he told us he was fairly new. Great waiter, engaging with us, gave us excellent tips on the food choices, how things were cooked especially the steaks, which cuts would be best for us according to our tastes, very attentive our entire meal, didn't rush us through our meal and told us what to expect with the dishes we chose. Now we share our meals and opted for a 16 oz steak which my husband finished his half and I brought 1/2 of my 1/2 home along with much of our side dishes. I guess that means each side comes with a lot of food. We ordered the sweet potatoes, which was incredibly delicious, nice and soft on the inside and a bit crunchy on the outside. They have a caramel flavor bc of caramelized. Oh sooo scrumptious. The asparagus were nice a large and once again the flavor on them were delish!! Our steak came out on a plate by itself bc Jason said the chef likes to show the beauty of it. I agree, simple, but the steak on its own looked grand. It was cooked to perfection, so juicy and packed with flavor. It melted in our mouth. Worth every cent. The mushrooms along with the sauce flavor we chose were a perfect combo with our steak. The steak on its own was amazing but the mushrooms were delicious with the steak. The incredible rolls they serve are to die for. Light, fluffy and down right a perfect accompaniment to our dinner. My husband enjoyed his wine choice with Jason's recommendation. I had Jason take back my Lemon Drop Martini because it wasn't to my taste, just a bit boozier than I enjoy. The second time was much better. The manager Peril came to our table and introduced himself. Told us about the history of his restaurant and was a kind man. We talked with him about being from CA. Also how his restaurant being located in an area you'd never imagine having such a great restaurant would be was awesome. It's in this small strip mall right off Meadow Drive amongst other small shops. Not very grand looking on the outside but very nice and lovely inside. Very intimate feeling in the booths. I did notice they have a small bar area which was packed as well as small tables in the area. The parking lot is not very large with some handicap parking spots. Quite large inside with outdoor seating within a tent covered area with windows. We definitely will visit again, on another special occasion. Everything and everyone was GREAT and ever so tasty.

I can't complain on the quality and service, as it was fast and the lady taking my order was nice. It has the same taste as the other locations. Leaving the lot was a little tricking as I couldn't make a right turn. Will I be back? Maybe, it wasn't bad but I just didn't like the ambiance of it all. It reminds me of (no shade) of that diner that uses the corner of main dinning area as storage and has a few tables with all the condiments, utensils and napkins. There were nine of us--not exactly a tiny table, but hardly the kind of group that should throw a restaurant into chaos. To be fair, we did wait for two people in our party before ordering food. It was probably 20-30 minutes, and we made it very clear to our server that we were waiting. We also weren't just camping out at the table. We started with drinks while we waited, so the restaurant was already making money from our table before the kitchen ever had to cook a single thing. Once everyone arrived, we placed one order together. No staggered tickets, no special requests, no unnecessary complications. The thing is... the restaurant was practically empty. If anything, I would've thought they'd be happy to have a table of nine on a slow brunch. Instead, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Once we finally ordered, it was another 30-plus minutes before much of anything happened. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't particularly interested in us being there. She checked the boxes, but just barely. It felt less like hospitality and more like someone waiting for the end of their shift. What made the whole experience even stranger was looking around the restaurant. It wasn't busy, yet several employees seemed to be standing around talking while we sat waiting. During the hour or two we were there, I think only a couple of other parties came through the door. At one point there were two hostesses managing what amounted to a trickle of guests while tables that were already seated waited on drinks, food, and attention. Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes than I could see, but from where we were sitting, it felt less like they needed more people and more like they needed to use the people they already had a little better. Then came the mimosas. These were less mimosas and more "suggestions of citrus." It was basically champagne with a couple thoughts of orange juice. At one point we had to ask for more orange juice just to get it to the legally recognized definition of a mimosa. They tasted like champagne that heard flavored sparkling water was popular and decided to reinvent itself. There was a whole lot of "mim" and not much "osa." At nearly $14 each, I expected something a little more festive and a little less... chemistry experiment. For food, I ordered the Fried Green Tomato Benny: two biscuits, fried green tomatoes, poached eggs, Cholula hollandaise, and fresh fruit. On paper, that's a fantastic brunch. In reality, it was aggressively average. Nothing was quite hot enough. The biscuits had crossed that invisible line between baked and overbaked, where every bite makes you wonder if they're fresh or just committed to the bit. The whole dish felt like it had spent just a few too many minutes waiting for someone to remember it existed. And then there was the fruit. You know the kind of fruit bowl where every piece somehow tastes exactly the same because it's been sitting in the same juice for hours? That's what this was. Cheap melon, tired grapes, and enough pooled juice to ensure every bite shared the same identity crisis. To top it all off, the Benny was around $18, and the mimosas were pushing $14 each. I'm not going to call it a scam because words have meanings. Nobody tricked us. The prices were right there on the menu. We knew exactly what we were doing. We just expected the experience to justify it. On the bright side, the restaurant looks like it was designed by someone who has never met food, but has definitely met Pinterest. And honestly, it shows. Modern farmhouse, soft lighting, curated everything--it nails the aesthetic. Which is great, because you'll have plenty to look at while everything else catches up. It's funny how common this is now: it's easier than ever to make something look finished. You can polish the surface until it feels complete, even when the inside still isn't. Anyway--great aesthetics. The rest feels like it's still figuring itself out.
