    Fried chicken Caesar salad

I love Marlow's Tavern! Every time I come here, the food is always good. I took my mom and nieces here the other day for their first time, and everyone loved it. My mom and I both got the shrimp and grits, and they were a 10/10. So good! We also got desserts, and both were amazing. Our server was nice and attentive too.

Had an amazing solo lunch on yesterday at Marlows. Marlows is one of the places where tou cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Parking is free and you can access the restaurant from their "secret" back door. Lol. Just need the code! If you know you know! I entered and was greeted immediately. I took a seat in a booth tucked away. Jeff came and waited on me! He was waited on me before. Always nice, cool, calm and collected. Lol straight to the order and the point! I ordered an Arnold Palmer $3.25, for lunch I ordered the shrimp and crab nachos $13.50 and a little caesar salad $6. Everything came out hot and fresh. The shrimp and crab nacho plate is Sautéed Shrimp, Crab, Pepper Jack, Fresh Jalapeño. The Hail little Caesar is Romaine, Tuscan Kale, Egg, Parmesan, Focaccia Croutons. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Marlows is known for some great food, amazing vibes and even a sports scene with all the tvs![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will be back as usual for SURE! Thanks Marlows!

The place is in Mid-Town so parking is a challenge. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor patio is a nice addition weather permitting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The double black doors to enter makes it kinda mysterious before entering.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was 1p and the place wasn't packed, only 4 people at the bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered an Old Fashioned and wing. The wings were very small but okay. The Old Fashioned was okay and balanced, but lacked the appeal. No lemon peel garnish and cherry to set it off. An Old Fashioned is an experience and should be savored.

Housemaid veggie burger with cheddar cheese and fries, exceptional!

I must've forgotten to review this wonderful restaurant the last time we were in Atlanta. Both times we stopped in for lunch and the overall experience was just fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You are warmly greeted by a host or hostess, they have a full bar area and many tables and booths that are very comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is exceptional, all the waiters and servers seem to work in concert with everybody and they all seem very happy to work there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is very clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and now let's talk about the food! The menu is very eclectic, something for everyone, and the food is so fresh everything is house made! This is the second time I've had their veggie burger and it is off the charts as are the fries that come with it. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was excellent and we shared the homemade hummus. It is the best we've ever had. The drinks are also excellent. They make a perfect old-fashioned. I ordered a Sam Adams and the draft beer was the perfect temperature, perfect pour with a clean glass. Just everything you would want and expect! We even got a visit from one of the chefs who was very happy that we loved the food and the service so much.

    Selections, and occasional solutions, lol!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Marlow's is a great neighborhood restaurant and bar with great food and a great atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their loyalty program is really good and rewarding, so join it!! I enjoy the menu because it has something for everyone. The bar is awesome and the bartenders are great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for a quick lunch, a cold brew, or an intimate booth with someone special this is the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Catching a sporting event on one of the many flatscreens is also fun![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Give Marlow's a try, I think you'll like them.

I've visited Marlowe's Tavern a couple of times and also ordered food to-go, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots. Their burgers are always delicious and never greasy--which I really appreciate! The hand-cut truffle fries are a must-try, too. When I went for dinner with friends, I ordered the filet mignon and it was absolutely amazing. I also love that they offer a great selection of alcohol-free mocktails; the grapefruit basil one is my favorite. The service is always friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

The asparagus fries are a must!

Wednesday was my 2nd time here in a week, but 4th time over all. Monday night Molly was my server to celebrate my birthday & Wednesday Vanessa was my server. Both were great, but I missed Clover on Monday....however I did get to see him Wednesday & walked up & talked to him at the bar. The food here is exceptional as always, & the staff is always great... but I do have a favorite & that's the wonderful & amazing Clover! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Next time my family & I will sit at the bar with Clover, but Marlow's is always so delicious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also on my visit Wednesday, I found out about their late night menu from 9pm-10pm.

Shrimp & grits with one or two bites taken!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We ate at Marlow's on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend! I am not sure if they are typically this busy, but it was pretty crowded![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was great & attentive! He gave us a 'first timers' complimentary dish that was quite yummy & a nice surprise! The kitchen moved pretty quickly given the crowd! I ordered the Shrimp & Grits & my companion ordered the Classic burger with tomato/bacon jam. Both were very tasty! I also ordered an extra side of the parmesan crusted broccoli & was a little disappointed in that it didn't have too much flavor, but overall we had a great experience & we were very satisfied!

Burger with fries, fried okra, shrimp bowl, I un-sauced wings
    Stephen M.

Friend of mine suggested this place for a midweek chow down and the place was buzzing. Got straight to ordering. The burger wasn't well seasoned and came with a tomatoey bacon jam that didn't add to the burger. The fried okra's was my friends...I tried one and let him enjoy the rest. The shrimp and wings were great but nothing to write home about. Great service though.

I had just landed in Atlanta and needed some dinner. We randomly chose Marlows Tavern. But we were pleasantly surprised! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was great. Mixed crowd, not too rowdy, and dimly lit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My waiter Joshua was great! He had a great sense of humor and helped me decide what I wanted to order. I was torn lol. I ordered the salmon and it was tasty and a healthy option. When I go back to Atlanta I will definitely visit again.

Another great time at Marlow's. The food is always amazing. This time I tried the pan roasted chicken. It was ridiculously delicious. So tender and juicy with crispy skin. The service is always impeccable. A must try!!!

Brisket grill cheese with fried okra, sooo good!

The experience from the second you walk in the door is top notch. We had smoked fish dip, beets with strawberries, hamachi and deviled eggs to start. DELICIOUS! We each ordered a cocktail and tailored it to our liking and ordered Flounder, Sea Scallops, and blacked red fish with shareable sides being the fingerling potatoes and greens. I can't say I had a favorite starter or side because they are all full of flavor and cooked perfectly. They made my in-laws evening one to remember with the anniversary stamp on the menu, the coaster and even going the extra mile to celebrate (17) the year of furniture with cute chairs made from champagne top. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that made the evening special!! We'll be back very soon.

Our daughter spent the first few minutes waving at the staff, and they genuinely lit up every time -- such a warm, welcoming vibe right from the jump. Starters We kicked things off with the she‑crab soup, and that's when we knew the meal was going to be special. Tons of rich crab flavor and chunks of crab. The crispy shrimp toast was another hit -- crunchy, savory, and a great pairing with the soup. We also ordered the Baker's Dozen oysters, chef's selection. All 13 were fresh, clean, and briny in the best way. Next up: the Spanish octopus, and honestly... top five octopus dish we've had. Cooked perfectly -- tender, melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture. The salsa macha added just the right amount of heat, and the marcona almonds brought a great crunch with the cilantro, lime, and mint brightening everything up. What a beautifully composed dish. We finished with the Halibut and Lady peas. The Halibut was topped with lobster and served with a lobster butter sauce, chives, and capers. Rich, buttery, flaky, and perfectly cooked. The lady peas (fava beans, asparagus, and a generous mound of blue crab) were another standout. So much flavor, but everything complemented each other instead of competing. One of those sides you keep looking for more of when it's gone. --- Overall Every dish was thoughtful, balanced, and executed at a high level. Service was warm and genuinely kind -- especially with our little one. 10/10 would recommend

The space is clean but not sterile: exposed brick, warm wood, and a bar that glows like it wants you to linger. *The food* skips the tired "burgers and mac" checklist. Think short rib agnolotti with smoked corn puree, charred broccolini with miso-garlic butter, and a fried chicken sandwich that somehow stays crisp under a jalapeño honey glaze. Portions are generous without being wasteful, and everything tastes intentional like the kitchen tested it 10 times before it hit the menu. *The cocktails are the real flex.* The menu changes seasonally, but the bar team leans into flavor over gimmicks. I tried the *Oaxacan Old Fashioned* with mezcal, mole bitters, and orange peel that's torched tableside. Smoky, slightly sweet, zero gimmick. My friend went for the *Cucumber Basil Gimlet* and said it tasted like summer in a glass. No sugary syrup bombs here. Bartenders actually explain what's in your drink if you ask, and they're good at steering you if you're unsure. Service hit the sweet spot between attentive and relaxed. Water refills showed up without hovering, and the server knew the menu well enough to call out what's spicy, what's rich, and what's worth splitting. It feels like a place locals will become regulars at, but it's good enough to bring out-of-town friends to. Creative without being precious, tasty without being safe. Sorry I didn't take pictures,

Questions about cross contamination with allergens were met with a blank stare and shoulder shrug. The DJ was great but the music was way too loud and made it hard to hear each other. 20% auto grat is included for all checks over $100 according to the menu, but it should say all parties or something similar as it's determined by what the table spends. This was even more annoying considering the lackluster service we received. He did remove the automatic gratuity from my check, but it was only $10 due to a special so I'm sure that was only accommodated since the tip was $2.
