We were up the road, stripping classic car parts, and we were dirty and not restaurant worthy. I suggested this place as we could eat outside. THe menu is simple BBQ and burgers. Thanks Robert for posting the photo of it. I had the pulled pork sandwich ($5.00) which had generous mounts of moist pulled pork with a mild slaw on top. Lightly seasoned. There was sauces on the table to choose from to doctor it up the way you wanted. We were actually served. When ready, the woman who took our order brought out our plates. Jack came along and he got a smoked pork bone ($2.00). It was a nice day out and we enjoyed our outdoor picnic.

After driving by the purported address - a house - and seeing nothing resembling a food truck (or picnic tables), we asked a young lad cruising down the road on his tractor where Pat's BBQ was - right in front of the address where it was supposed to be. He had never heard of it. After calling the number listed on Yelp and the line being disconnected, we decided we'd give up on New England BBQ trucks and stick to BBQ in states in the South and Midwest... and Korea.

Ive had pizzas in Italy- this is just unbelievably awesome!! All the food we ordered was great, but the pozza is otherworldly. Not sure what they do but the crust is like smth ive never experienced. The beer selection is decent (could be better), but the dumplings were quite good as an appetizer. Then I ordered the Pad See Ew (a noodle dish) for my entree, with chicken. I ordered the second highest spiciness level, and I must say that as someone who consumes spicy food often, this did not disappoint. It was quite spicy indeed. Lots of vegetables, which is a welcome departure from the commoner way this dish is cooked (slop some noodles, fish sauce and some sugar on a plate and call it a meal). I overheard other diners praising their dishes as well, so I don't think I was an anomaly. The staff were all very friendly also. I recommend it to anyone who happens to be passing through or even passing nearby St. Johnsbury.
