It would be better as a classic mayo with a drizzle of the jalapeño sauce. In all 3, the lobster was overcooked and the portion was small. The fried clams were delicious. About 9 or 10 in total. A big portion of fries and two small hush puppies. The hush puppies were delicious. But for $30, the price is too high for what you get. The server was friendly, but her energy was off-putting. She was very erratic, made sure to mention that they had drinks on the menu, and then proceeded to give a detailed list of every alcoholic beverage they had. We came in for lunch, on a Wednesday, and weren't looking to drink; her energy just didn't match the energy of the room. When we said we were just going to have water. She exclaimed "FANTASTIC, LOVE THAT!" and then rushed off. Surf Shack was a hit and a miss. But more of a miss. For $75, 1 app, 1 entree, and water. The price is outrageous for what you get.
