I drove 20 minutes to return the ribs. The person working the window showed no remorse and said that most people like them cooked that way. I asked if she had any with less crust and was told no. I am amazed that the people working there think this is an acceptable dish to serve. Was given a partial refund, but still feel very unsatisfied by both the horrible food and the callous attitude of the staff. The truck refused to credit my card for the return and insisted on giving me cash, that is not how I wanted to be reimbursed but no cares from the server. I am sure they will not miss my future business, but they should be ashamed to call themselves a BBQ joint serving such food and then trying to defend it. It's unfortunate because I was told by many people on social media to go with the ribs. Believe me, I don't have a problem letting them all know about my bad experience.

I got 5 wings and wished I had only got one to try cause I couldn't eat any of it. My husband thinks the chicken was read and fried while still frozen which kept it from frying properly. How can you skip steps in cooking and expect your customers to be happy and come back?? The shop itself is nice and has a big assortment of meats, but my review is based on what I purchased (fried chicken) which was pretty disgusting.
