They are flexible with their scheduling, show up on time, do their cleaning without direction from us, and leave a spotless home. They have a policy of returning without charge if anything isn't as we wished - we've never had to ask them to do this for us. We would highly recommend WCS for home or commercial cleaning. They are tops. In reviewing a recent negative posting, I simply do not believe that Janelle did not respond to his text messages or phone calls. Someone has an agenda that's not apparent - Janelle works along side her ladies, and replies to correspondence after hours. She has NEVER failed to reply to my emails! Not ever. WCS is a class act, and we plan to continue hiring them.

**Updated** 05/21/2015…read moreAfter writing my review I was contacted by Patrick who had seen the review online. He asked to right some wrongs, explained why certain things happened the way they did and offered to review the home again and write the estimate over. Patrick and Susan came back to the house and completed the evaluation and wrote the quote, both done as they should have been and came in quite competitively with the other movers that offered us a quote. That left us with a dilemma; go with Personal Movers because they were very good about reworking our estimate or go with another mover who did things correctly the first time. In the end, we went with our gut. The estimates were nearly identical, but the fact that we had had trouble initially gave us pause. We went with the other mover. I changed my review to a three because Patrick did try to make it right and in all fairness had not performed the move yet. This company seems like one that is open to righting wrongs, and willing to put a more senior person on the job if you aren't satisfied. I do appreciate that. 04/23/2015 I called Personal Movers and spoke with Susan Ward about having someone come out to review my home for packing and shipping to another state. Susan visited and toured my home. She said that she would provide me a quote via email as soon as possible. I had received quotes from three other companies in under three days so I expected the same from Susan. After waiting two weeks, I had to call Susan twice to ask for her quote. When Susan finally sent me the quote, not only was it considerable higher than each of the other movers but the information included was inaccurate. For instance, the quote included charges for the shipment of 3 K/Q beds - I have 1. The quote included a total of 7 beds of various sizes. I have 1K and two twin size beds. This website here on Yelp states that they give discounts for AAA members and senior citizens. I am both and neither was ever mentioned to me. I don't use the internet much so I was unaware of this until after I received the quote and my daughter pointed out that they didn't include a discount. Given that I practically had to beg THEM for their business, I would not recommend Personal Movers and will not be using them myself. If this is not typical of their business then perhaps Susan Ward is the problem. I cannot reconcile a moving business treating a potential customer as though they are inconveniencing them by requesting to use them to move. I can't even imagine what the actual service might have been and the customer service response about a problem would be.

We hired Senco Home Services for our roof replacement. Unfortunately, the experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating and unprofessional. Our project remains uncompleted with a mudroom without a roof, despite us having paid the full amount of $13,000 for the project. What is most unacceptable is the complete breakdown of communication. Over the past few months, we have placed numerous calls and sent multiple emails; however, they have become entirely unresponsive, only occasionally replying to give us false completion dates. We were promised a timely and professional service, and instead, we are left with an unfinished job and a vendor who has essentially abandoned the project. This lack of accountability and disregard for a paying client is alarming. I cannot recommend Senco Home Services to anyone who values clear communication and project completion. Avoid the stress and look elsewhere.

On May 27, 2023, I notified them that I had filed a Fraud Claim with my Bank to recoup the deposit, and that got their attention and they scheduled the installation for early July. There was minor damage done to an attic fan and a gutter issue they were supposed to fix during the installation. In October 2023 there was a (new) significant leak that caused over $1,000 in interior damage. They finally sent someone to fix the roofing issue but never sent the electrician to fix the fan. In February 2024, Chris showed up and explained what else he was going to do to fix the leak issue including re-routing a gutter and making a downspout larger. Between July 5, 2023 and May 15, 2024, I sent dozens of emails and texts and made multiple phone calls to three people at SENCO. In May 2024 I threatened to file claims here, with the Better Business Bureau, and the Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce. Within days they called me to say they would be by within the week to make things right. I haven't heard from them since. If you hire SENCO, expect to pay out of pocket for any damages.
