Very professional, quality work! Called for a quote on a patch job, Dan came out provided a fair quote and was able to schedule me in in just a few short days. Work was done quick and looks like ther never was an issue on the roof. Would I really recommend them?, HELL YES! read more

They shingled our roof less than 5 years ago. Now noticing no less than two dozen roofing nails popping up. They shingled over old shingles in some areas, not allowing the nails to grab enough wood and noticed some soft areas on the roof as well. I contacted them earlier this year and several times during the summer and I' always told they are busy and will be in touch with me. It's now November and have heard nothing. read more

We hired Senco Home Services for our roof replacement. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Our project remains uncompleted with a mudroom without a roof, despite us having paid the full amount of $13,000 for the project. What is most unacceptable is the complete breakdown of communication. Over the past few months, we have placed numerous calls and sent multiple emails; however, they have become entirely unresponsive, only occasionally replying to give us false completion dates. We were promised a timely and professional service, and instead, we are left with an unfinished job and a vendor who has essentially abandoned the project. This lack of accountability and disregard for a paying client is alarming. I cannot recommend Senco Home Services to anyone who values clear communication and project completion. Avoid the stress and look elsewhere. read more

In January 2023 I signed a contract for a new roof and in April paid the $4,900 deposit, but I never heard back about the install date despite repeated attempts to contact them. On May 27, 2023, I notified them that I had filed a Fraud Claim with my Bank to recoup the deposit, and that got their attention and they scheduled the installation for early July. There was minor damage done to an attic fan and a gutter issue they were supposed to fix during the installation. In October 2023 there was a (new) significant leak that caused over $1,000 in interior damage. They finally sent someone to fix the roofing issue but never sent the electrician to fix the fan. In February 2024, Chris showed up and explained what else he was going to do to fix the leak issue including re-routing a gutter and making a downspout larger. Between July 5, 2023 and May 15, 2024, I sent dozens of emails and texts and made multiple phone calls to three people at SENCO. In May 2024 I threatened to file claims here, with the Better Business Bureau, and the Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce. Within days they called me to say they would be by within the week to make things right. I haven't heard from them since. If you hire SENCO, expect to pay out of pocket for any damages. read more

We had high expectations for a new roof on our large, tall, circa 1870's home. In just two days, Senco removed layers of shingles, added a new layer of plywood, weatherproofing materials, architectural shingles and copper flashing. The crew was outstanding! We would hire Chris and his crew again, but since we expect this new roof to last for many decades, we won't need to. Instead, we highly recommend them for your roofing job. read more

The roof stack vent pipe for toilet system on the roof began to leak. Called Senco in the morning, they responded to our house within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No more leak. They were 250 dollars cheaper than the next estimate. Overall great experience, we will be using them when we need to replace our roof. read more

During this week's heavy rains my 9 year old roof sprung two leaks. Chris came on over and checked it out and fixed one leak on the spot, no charge. The other leak will require the spare shingles I've kept stored in the shed but he'll be back once the rain stops to make that second repair for a very reasonable amount. If you need help Chris is your man! I'll be hiring Chris for all future home repairs. read more

Used Senco for a new roof and skylights. Chris was prompt in always calling and coming when he said he would. His crew worked efficiently and got the job done in a day. I came home and it was like they were never here. No mess whatsoever! I was very impressed. They even did a couple of extras for me at no charge. I would highly recommend Senco. read more

After a recent wind storm, we had a shingle rip off our aging roof. It was an easy fix but something we didn't want to let sit. I called around and Chris was the only person who actually answered his phone. He was friendly and easy to talk to and offered to come by that day (that day!) to take a look and give an estimate. Sure enough, he stopped by and gave us a very fair price. We decided to schedule the repair and he had his crew out right away (!!). They did a great job quickly and did it with a smile, even through their masks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chris did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for a fair price, and his team did excellent work. I wish all home professionals offered this kind of service. We are definitely planning to call him when we want to replace our entire roof. Hoping he won't be too busy! read more

We reached out for help sealing a few areas on our roof. Chris was super nice and professional - came to the house to take a look and we agreed on price and days to perform the service. He never showed up and from that point on he also stopped responding to calls/text, so he probably became very busy very fast or something happened to him. Not sure. After exhausting the contact attempts we ended up hiring someone else for the job. read more

I would highly recommend Senco Home Services for your home projects. Chris was quick to respond and a great communicator. He came out to assess a leak and easily corrected the problem. He gave us a generous rate and even weeks after, he continued to check in to see if there were any issues. read more

Excellent service - Chris and his team were professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris did a great job repairing the siding of the building I live in. The siding got damaged from a recent storm and there was a risk of water getting into my unit. His communication was great. He was responsive, communicated ETAs, was fast and gave a fair price for the repair. After one day, I already have the siding repaired. I couldn't ask for more. I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris again if my condo or building needed something repaired. read more

I needed a few shingles replaced and some patching done around my chimney, as I had recently noticed a small leak during a rainstorm. I sent the request to Senco around 6pm, and Chris responded immediately. He arrived at 8am the next morning and completed the work in about an hour, and even provided a quote for a new roof. Excellent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. I would certainly recommend Senco and would use again when the time comes for a full roof replacement. read more
