By chance, the electric company stopped by the next day to check my meter, and started banging on my door to ask what in the world was up with my electric meter/box. They said the metal was so bent that even if I had the cover, it wouldn't fit back on. It turns out that anyone walking by who touched it could've gotten an electric shock! The electric company wanted to shut off the power to my entire house immediately - it was that serious - but since it was in the winter they didn't. The electric company was kind enough to wrap a tarp around the box, since any rain or snow getting in could cause extensive damage, including frying my whole electrical panel. It turned out that MightyDog had done extensive electrical work without an electrical permit, and by people who were not licensed to do that work. They had to pay thousands of dollars to an emergency Electrician; I appreciate that they paid it, but that's how bad it was. They also did extensive damage to my mini splits, which they refuse to take responsibility for. I think they did a good job on my roof, but I can't in good conscience recommend this business.

The doors are less than a year old and have already warped and are coming apart. A screened in porch is not very efficient if it lets mosquitos in through the doors! Our Sales manager came out when we called, agreed that there were issues with the doors. We were suppose to hear from the contractor. A month and a half later after emails and several phone calls, he returned our call and said he couldn't get anyone out and told us to contact the owner. We then reached out to the owner. It is now another month with several calls to the owner and we have heard nothing. They will finish your job, take your money but will not stand behind their work. We did think about using them for our bathrooms, going to find someone else who will be around after the job is done.
