He did a great job power washing the house and deck. Showed up n time and a quick but through job.

We set up an appointment with Dave to power wash our home for Wednesday between 3 and 4pm. He asked that we lift all the window screens so that he could wash the sills. We prepared the house and cleared our schedules to be home. At 1pm Dave called and said he could not make it but that he would be there the next day. I agreed, and we again cleared our schedules to insure we were home. Thursday came and went. No Dave. On Friday I sent him an email to let him know how disappointed I was. He called me immediately and said he mixed me up with another customer. My time is valuable and I feel badly that I stayed home for two days waiting for service that never arrived. Perhaps Dave does a great job at power washing, but at this point I am not going to find out. read more

Dave exceeded expectations across the board. I originally found him through a simple google search and began reading his reviews. Many were glowing except one customer had me concerned that Dave blew her off, etc. I called Dave on Monday, and he gave me a competitive quote over the phone (lower than the other two I already received). He promised to call me the next morning (which he did), and gave me a time slot for this afternoon. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and took great pride in his work. I live around a lot of trees and had three years of green mold / moss on my vinyl siding. There isn't a spec of it there after Dave was done. He was respectful of my yard and flowers, and I couldn't believe how quiet the process was. The only noise I heard was my two young daughters laughing when Dave pretended to spray them thru the window. I've been on Yelp for many years and this is my first review. He was simply that good. I've already passed his name along to my father, a neighbor, and a local friend. And he just left my house 5 hours ago.... If I could go higher than 5 stars, I wouldn't think twice. read more

Dave did a power wash for us prior to listing our home. It was pretty dirty; leaves on the roof, eaves with years of built up dirt, concrete base with greenish discoloration. Dave came out and washed it all away with no damage at all. We were on a timeline and despite being busy, he fit us in and got the job done well. He also communicated well throughout the process. Dave is a true professional. Provided a good explanation of products & process he uses to clean our roof of mold, mildew, lichens, etc. Completed back side of our roof and shed roof. I live in Brookline, MA and was looking to have someone powerwash my stone patio and yard fence. I found this company on Craigslist and called Dave. He made an appointment to come out to give me a few estimate a few days later, and did so. His quote was about what I expected to pay, so I hired him. He called a few days later to do the job. When my husband and I came home that night, we were both shocked at how good everything looked. Dave followed up a few days later to see if we were happy about how everything came out. We told him that we were, but being the perfectionist that I am, I said "if you're ever in the area with your machine again, there are a few spots that could be touched up." He immediately said that he wanted to come back out, and fix those spots so that we were 100% satisfied. In fact, he went above and beyond the areas that we talked about and did lots of extra spots because he said that he just thought it would look so much better. (And he was right!) When I initially called Dave, I laughingly asked him if he had written the super positive Yelp comment that Nicole C. posted, which he quickly denied. This was how I came to find him. Dave's service is absolutely outstanding! We asked for a spot clean but Dave's work ethic is like a trip back in time. He attests that his primary goal is customer service and he's undeniably a man of his word. He went well beyond what we expected to have done and he did so meticulously. There was no upcharge or bait and switch. His work integrity is truly a breath of fresh air. Given that he offers others types of services such as painting, handyman, etc., there is absolutely no doubt we will call upon him repeatedly. His fee was very reasonable, he came exactly when promised, and I was most impressed with the genuine pride he takes in his work and his perfectionism. We recently returned from a weeks vacation to find that our vinyl sided house had been egged. As Divine Intervention would have it, I came across an ad for Dave Star Power Washing and called immediately. Dave came out as promised the next day to give me an estimate that was reasonable. We scheduled a date for service. Unfortunately, Dave had a family emergency that required him to be out of town. He was courteous to call in advance, explain his circumstances and reschedule. He arrived on the scheduled date earlier than expected and worked feverishly to remove the egg which by now was literally baked on! It was a very labor intensive process, but he did it with a smile. Dave did an outstanding job and even though it was worse than he anticipated, he honored his original quote. I would highly recommend Dave.
