Eligio and his crew did a meticulous job to make sure the ground was properly regraded to improve water flow away from the house while making the surface more porous (hence the wider spacing between the cobblestones. He also adapted the design so I could have some planting space between the wall and the cobble stone. We were impressed with the crew's diligence and efficiency. Given the particular challenges and materials we were looking for, I consider the price to have been very fair.

He missed a staircase, tried playing dumb about it and we agreed on a $60 refund. 3 weeks later, no check. I texted him, he apologized and the check came a few days later, with my name misspelled, for only $40. I contacted him again but he's ignored me. He was quick to call me, send me an estimate and it made me believe he knew the mount. We scheduled the install and he showed up alone. During the install: - he installed the new mount upside down on the wall. He had to remove it and remount, leaving two extra holes on the wall that he tried to hide with the wall cover clips that come with the mount - he installed an optional swivel kit without asking, so the TV now swivels only in one direction - removing the old mount created a hole that was patched up poorly - the TV was not mounted level - the handle of the mount was not secured - I had to purchase a separate adapter for the soundbar. He said he'd come back to finish the job when the adapter would come in. Unfortunately, I did not realize the problems with the install before I sent him a payment. I then reached out to ask to patch the extra holes he created on the wall because of the mount flip and to remove the optional swivel plate he installed without asking. I asked if he could do it when he was supposed to come back to finish to install the soundbar. He agreed. The adapter for the soundbar came in and I sent him texts to schedule the install. Like other reviews pointed out, this is when the ghosting started. So I was left with a botched wall patch up, holes on the wall because an incompetent install, a TV that can swivel only in one direction and a soundbar adapter to install. I sent a chargeback for part of the payment on Venmo because of these issues and lack of response on his end. As quick as he was to ghost, he was also quick to call right after the chargeback. He lied about responding to my messages and threatened to beat me up. Do not work with this guy if you expect someone competent and reliable.

Shane Pelletier and Dave Hallberg draft a contract in which they were to install paver for my walk ways, grade with 120 yard of screen loan then hydro seed . The were supposed to stall a 20 x 20 patio for my fire pit area. All this they were suppose to have it completed in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later not even the paver we're not even 50 percent done. It was not prepped. They didn't respect my design but did what was convenient to them (no curve on the edges) all 90 degree right angle.(less cut and work for them). They didn't even start to do anything for the 20x20 patio. They didn't even have material to install gutter hard per our contract. They didn't even have the 129 yard of screen loam per our contract hence no hydro seed per our contract. These clown leave BAD IMPRESSIONS for landscape/ hard scape contractor. Shane Pelletier stated that it cost him $3500 for a 4x4 retaining wall stones. I know it's a outright lies because they had to clean the stone at my house because it was full of dirt as if it was picked up from someone's left over yard work. I hope people read this and learn from me NOT to hire these clowns. The show up at 11 and leave at 3 if they show up at all. I had to dismiss Dave Hallberg when he show up at my house by himself with no help at 1 pm. The people (laborer) are random individuals from who k owns where.
