I was really hoping to work with this company, but unfortunately my experience was very…read moredisappointing due to the lack of communication. I waited nearly three weeks for my initial appointment. I was told I would receive an email the day before to confirm the appointment and a text message on the day of the appointment with my arrival time. Neither of those happened. After waiting most of the day, I finally emailed around 3:00 p.m. to ask if they were still coming. Only then was I told that they had decided not to come because of the weather. I completely understand that weather can affect appointments, but I would have expected someone to proactively call, text, or email me to let me know instead of leaving me waiting all day. They asked if I could reschedule for the following day. I replied that I wasn't available then but could do the day after or over the weekend. I never received a response. The next day, I had to follow up again to ask if there was an update. I was then told they were fully booked on Friday and Saturday, with the next available appointment being the following Tuesday. What was most frustrating was that there didn't seem to be any effort to prioritize customers whose appointments had been cancelled due to the weather. I understand that schedules change, but good communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. They may be good at what they do, but unfortunately I'll never know because we never got that far. Their communication and overall customer service practices need significant improvement. I prefer to work with businesses that value their customers' time and make communication a priority.

To all who are reading this review. Well @ my age I'm not as limber. So I decided if I was going to get my pool open this year. I needed Help. So I went online looking for Pool service companies , not many with good reviews for R.I. Yelp ap pop up there I found AQRS Contractors pools service. Hopeful, my 1st phone call to make an apt AQRS was friendly, informative and so supportive. AQRS family team showed up on time 5/5/2026. They all work together like a groomed assembly. No sales pitch.... any of my worn out pool parts, they had available on the truck , my choice if wanted to replace the part. They kept me informed of the whole pool opening service AQRS after only 1 hr 45 min. finished and they left my property clean and neat. They reviewed what to do to maintain, and they are always a call away. I knew the cost of opening pool service @ time I booked the 1st apt. AQRS went above and beyond and the family hospitality was all friendly and pleasant!!!! I am so HAPPY I came across AQRS contractors . "They truly are the BEST!!" Thank You, Golden granny swimmer.

This is an old-school family business that came highly recommended by our decorator and her carpet…read morewholesaler. We dealt with one of the principals, Mike Joyce. He measured the job and estimated the carpet order in such a way to limit waste and save us money. He moved our furniture carefully, and kept the workplace clean and neat. The installation was done with minimum seams. Everything is tight and looks great. Mike has real common sense, and had good ideas for dealing with problems caused by our old house. The final result was wonderful. I recommend Mike and his team very highly. Note that the business address is in a far suburb of Boston, but the company works all over eastern Massachusetts. We live in the South End of Boston, and Mike coordinated his work time with our schedules.

There are not words to describe how happy I am with Teamwork Painting. This team went way above and…read morebeyond the call of duty. They very clearly and precisely scoped the job. They painted the whole inside of the house including the basement for less than what most suppliers quoted for just the 1st and 2nd floor. Moreover their attention to detail was brilliant. They removed wall paper, they prepped walls, they did loads of repairs for imperfections. They gave the walls 2 coats and did all of the trim. They did the doors and even the ceilings. This was the opposite of "not my job" service. It was, "I know this wasn't part of the scope of work, but I think we can make the cabinets look nicer if we paint them inside." "Is it ok if we do this extra work if we still finish in time?" No up-charge/change order: just lovely owning making the whole house look beautiful. I would hire Sanderson back in a heart beat. Not only is he trustworthy, but also his work ethic is admirable. He finished earlier than promised and did more work than what was ordered. Our house clearance team was 2 days late and Teamwork came in before they were done to start patching. Teamwork was done ahead of schedule to help me make up for their delay. Anyone who hires them will be thrilled to enjoy the best customer service in the Boston metro area. Team work painting did what they said they were going to do and more. No chasing the supplier around begging them to finish right. Teamwork painting was a dream painting team. I could not be happier to have hired them.
